    First and foremost avoid all junk foods, fried snacks etc. Clean your pantry and make it junk free. Instead stock up fruits, dry fruits, nuts etc so that you can snack on it when you crave for snacks.
    Use Himalayan pink salt.
    Use healthy fats like coconut oil : goo.gl/rwidmF

    This diet plan is completely refined sugar free and take this 7 day diet plan as a challenge to wean off from sugar however, if you have sugar cravings you can have a tsp of jaggery mixed with a tsp of ghee post lunch/dinner. Following my recipes and diet plan will make it much easier for you to change your lifestyle. The recipes are easy to make and made with easily available and inexpensive ingredients.
    Keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
    Do 30-40 mins exercise for best results.

    My plan;
    Eat less(breakfast+dinner, maybe a fruit or yogurt as lunch)
    Drink more water(at least 3l per day)
    Stop junk food, big carbs, sugar etc.
    Exercise (start easy, first 15 minutes per day and keep increasing as you body adjusts)
    So far its going well

      @@sheikhsubhanabid-ssa4943 hi, I think it would have worked out if I was consistent with it but yeah i didnt stick to it, sorry. The only habit I kept was drinking more water and possibly moving more(I take martial arts twice a week and try to be more active in other times as well) and I can say especially drinking more water helps, the days I drank less I felt heavy and had headaches, tiredness etc. I havent lost muvh weight but I feel alright in my body and thanks to that martial arts course I feel like my mobility has improved as well. What I am saying is if you want to do it, do it!! I am sure itll work out for you and I believe in you!

    I ate oats-panner-veggies around 12pm and besan cheela at 7:00 pm with fruits in between and apple cider vinegar drink in between. Did no exercise at all. I lost 3 kg in a week. Lots and lots of water in between. I'm so happy. And I didn't gain back the wait at all

    I am on my weight loss journey, not rushing towards weight loss, but kind of healthy eating and eliminating sugar made me lose some 1.5 kg weight lost in 3 days
    Just eating healthy, counting calories, consuming lots of water and doing some basic exercise...

    Food sacrifice kadna muskil lagta he.. Isliye khana pina pehle jaisa same rakkha but exercise bada diya.. Aaj bhi 4 hours exercise kiya hu.. Biscuits, chocolate sab kha raha hu.. 15 din me 5-6 kg weight loss hua he...

    Good plan... But I highly recommend replacing OATS with local grains... As OATS are mainly grown in poor Brazil with the highest chemicals... Go to a good hospital in the metropolitan and see for yourself many patients who were eating OATS for a long time...

      Oats in India is Known as जई. It's a local grain :) Mostly Grown in UP, MP and connected areas

    impossible to loss 5kgs fat in 7 days ..itd completely insane....you need to burn 7500×5= 37500 calories ...you need to burn atleast 37500÷7= 5375 calories per day ...thats insane .. completely impossible for normal peoples

    As a doctor, cancer specialist and plant based nutritionist , requesting you to tell your clients to avoid dairy as it loaded with hormones. Please, please requesting all nutritionist to look into literature for same.
    Nothing should be taking after 8 30 pm. Not even ginger tea dear. Body' s engine should be given rest
