@Cashnasty I’m 6’2-225 I maxed out @415 on squat, 250 on bench, and 265 on power clean
lmao ngl kenny spotting and touching the bar the whole time is crazy lmaoooo
That shit pissed me off
Yea, but Cash wasn't gonna get it anyway. Even with Kenny helping him a little the weight was moving real slow.
@@fetahmorina if don’t matter if ur moving it really slow he still could’ve gotten it up
@@GioPas2121 only going up cuz he was touching it
@@V8Fuzion proof?
Kenny is a terrible spotter 😂
Bruh he cant be spotting squats like that 🤣 terrible bench spottter
Man was touching the bar 🤦
Nah good spotter. Cash was not gonna be able to lift that
@@Aaron-ix8zh let him find tht out himself get your hands OFF THE BAR
@@Aaron-ix8zh ok i just watched second attempt it was better tht time
Yo Cash, ima keep it sweet and simple. You add leg drive into your bench and you’d be repping 315. Right now your just laying flat on the bench. Plant your feet and arch, continue with bracing your back. Then youll be able to drive with your legs. It’s a game changer. It’s also safer than lifting while laying flat. Keep the gym videos coming! 🔥
This is true
I was literally thinking the same thing in my head
We not bouta talk about how he lifting in jordanw
Your right my guy
Take notes
Cash: “ I blow backs out for a living Kenny “ then says “ I didn’t mean it that way”. Like what other way is it?😂
Cash I’ve been starting to workout ever since I encountered your videos started working out in May and lost 40 lbs slowly but surely I’m getting there.

@@CashNastyGaming bro you need to improve your form , you can lift way more than you PR
@@chanagregarelaceite5579 who
Cash, you have a lot of potential to be a great deadlifter. 495 lbs without doing a dedicated powerlifting program is very impressive. You also have very long arms which helps with leverages. You will for sure pull more if you yanked the bar less and focus on pulling the bar in a more controlled manner and focusing on tightening your intraabdominal pressure. Try buying the Inzer lever belt, it really helps with intrabdominal pressure and it is more safe for your back than a regular lifting belt. Also, try deadlifting barefooted and see how that feels. I think you can easily pull 600 lbs in 10 months if you focus on powerlifting!
600 is a little generous
@@matthewschoenborn4833 Maybe, but I went from 490 lbs to 605 lbs in 12 months with a dedicated powerlifting program and using proper cues and specificity training. Cash definitely has better genetics than I do. It should also help him a lot once he lowers the hypertrophy training to save his CNS for more pure strength training.
Exactly
Control and steady takes the win
He didn’t hit the 495 tho
when you deadlift don’t jolt up when you start. take the slack out of the bar and then push the floor away
my back was hurting just watching it
@@Jose-xf1yj lmao same in brads video with him he specifically told him to start when the bar has slack😂 he was looking at his form idk how he couldn’t see that
Oh well though he’s still the goat✊🏽
Your an intelligent individual
Yup I know his back hurt after that
I’ve been looking for workout videos like this. This came at the perfect time 🙏🏾
Cash really has come a long way…it’s truly inspirational
I've been doing weight training for two months now ever since I been seeing these videos. Keep putting that work in cash
Keep up the great work cash, love to see a brother succeed💪🏾💪🏾
This the first year i've been in the gym consistently started back in February and I'm 6'1 163lbs trying to bulk to 175 lbs which is harder than the workouts lmao.
My current PR:
Bench - 165
Squat - 265
Deadlift - 275
Proud of my progress
You could probably deadlift 300
Ong eating is the hardest part
Eating is the hardest part bro ! I’m doing the same. I’m like 6’1 1/2 145 but I gained 5 pounds in 3 weeks and what helped me was protein shakes ! 2 tsps of olive oil ( 250 cals) , 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream ( 200 cals ) , 2 scoops of whey protien , a cup of fruit , a banana, chia seeds , a serving of oats , 8oz orange juice and 12oz of milk . A little over 1000 cals and it’s life saving instead of having to eat everything lol try to push for that 3k cals mark depending on how active you are . Gif bless man your progress sounds great I’m tryna get like you man lol
@@dithereddonkey2894 I probably could tbh lol but I try not force it
@@lclark3279 Thanks bro. Keep going you're going to get there plus more. Stay motivated stay discipline and remember the big picture. Go be great💪🏽💪🏽
Cash next time you deadlift don’t jerk as much could injure your self and get the slack out the bar before you pull and reverse one of ur hands it helps a lot…But good shit bro keep it up
was finna say the same thing
That shit is scary
And he did the same weight and almost hit 495 with the jerk imagine if his technique was the same as the other video he would’ve hit it
I love watching these kinds of vids from you fr. Glad to see you're still goin strong and lookng forward to the next PR vid.

I took time from lifting heavy because of joint pain but I realized the problem wasn’t heavy lifting, it was my nutrition. I started eating more berries and cherries and left processed sugars alone. Now I lift heavy more frequently and I don’t have joint pain anymore.
With that said my PR, Height and Weight:
Height = 5’9 1/2

Leg day my favorite to ngl 😂
What squat program you do or have you done?
I must admit cash I’m super impressed my bro. Caught me off guard with your lifts. Mad respect 💯
Crazy how Jay Jones is only 5'8 170 lbs and can bench and squat just as much if not more than Cash, but props to Cash for being able to find time to lift and maintain his strength despite all the basketball content he has been working on. Hopefully him and Jay can do a weightlifting collab vid in the near future or something if they don't decide to do a 1v1 video.
Jay Jones just built diff
It’s not crazy being that he’s shorter than cash. It makes sense with his background.
may be cash only focus on bodybulid rater than strength training
@@chanagregarelaceite5579 I thought that at first that he might be focusing on a powerlifting program but the guys Jay works with are bodybuilders you can tell from his workout vids on youtube where he shouts them out or on his ig page specifically the post where he bench presses 315
@@kalthema true it's just with Jay he's doing multiple things; basketball, boxing, and focusing on content for house and his own channel not necessarily the same workload as Cash when it comes to content creating but it's still impressive for him to maintain that strength just like Cash despite other obligations. Also yeah I get that there are many powerlifters, football players and bodybuilders that are in the 5'8-5'9 range and around 170-190 lbs that could put up 315 lbs for bench and squat 445 lbs without a spotter.
“You got it, you got it”. Cash - “I don’t” 🤣🤣
We need more workout videos from you!!! You motivate me While i be lifting in the gym!
Been waiting for this !
Damn okay cash I really wasn’t expecting 345 and honestly I feel like you could do more great job 💪
315 def didnt count kenny had the bar the whole damn time lol rookie ass kenny
Good job 👏 keep up the positive work Cash
Love the workout vids keep up the work
kenny said "thats all you" and hes touching the bar lmao
He can touch the bar as long as he’s not pulling it
@@bradencastro8731 touching the bar still helps a little bit. its not "ALL YOU"
@@harrymaninc I think it all depends, definitely nothing to argue over but when doing high weight for bench it’s common. If he has a firm grasp or you can tell there’s a pull then yeah but the hand being there doesn’t do much.
@@bradencastro8731 no u dont understand the golden rule of SPOTTING is DONT TOUCH THE BAR

“ is this MAX BACK or biceps” - Kenny Chao
Cash you could either take the advice or not. But with deadlift it’s more of a push instead of a pull. Keep your arms long as possible but have tension in the bar, and push the floor away from you 👍🏼
RUclips commenter advice!!
lessgoo been waiting for this vid

W vid. I just bench pressed 225 for the first time a few months ago💪🏾💪🏾
Good shit how much you weigh
I also just benched 225 for the first time a few months ago, it was an amazing feeling
If you perfect your form on these lifts, your numbers would jump like crazy! Also you’re selling your bench way short. 315 is crazy strong 💪🏽
Been waiting on a video like this . Post more workout videos
Awesome. Liked and Subbed for sure and looking forward to more strength and more content!!
Its funny that Bradley told cash to stop jumping when he’s first lifting it and he still did it 💀

Did he actually say that cause that’s hella disrespect to cash he is obviously showing his workouts make progress
@@simplyragez-_-1767 No he didn't say that and Cash is better than 90% of people at an average gym anyway
The deadlift form and technique was hard to watch. He's right about it being a risky lift, and he probably shouldn't be trying to max something taht he doesn't exactly know how to do.
Okay then how do you deadlift and what did he do wrong?
As long as you keep the weight evenly distributed on your feet and you keep your spine neutral when you lift how is that bad?
Suddenly everyone in the comments is an expert weightlifter.
@@DylanDocker he didn't pull the slack and as u can see in one of his attempts he almost snapped his elbow because he just trying to pull it as hard as he could without even focusing correctly and his stance is relatively high for someone not tall (which will make his hip come up first and not at the same time with his chest). Not saying the stance is wrong it can work for him but definitely it's not optimal if u compare to super elite athletes. But the thing he gotta learn is to pull the slack tho
Gotta tap in next time you come to NY 💪💪 We gonna get you right!!
One strong ass dude, keep it up cash!

Bro I love cash workout videos do more!
I'm for sure spotting you on the next one lol 😂 love the content 🔥
I prefer body weight exercises for that exact reason of constant injuries, minor or severe (never severe in my case, thank God) and constant soreness. 100 pushups, 100 diamond, 100 knuckle push ups, 100 pull ups, 50 tricep dips. That's my workout routine M/W/F 👍🏾. 2 min breaks in between.
Yeah but if you want muscle that’s not gonna help to much
Saitama foreeal 💪🏾
The thing is, if you're doing that much volume you're not training strength anymore youre just training endurance and you won't get much stronger. Try and do some new variations, go for muscle ups etc
Skill versus size all depends on the size of the basketball player himself. For example Giannis don’t need the skill that curry has to be as effective cause Giannis is 7 foot tall and curry not
The goat back
Could you do a video on weight workouts to do for a person who’s just starting to workout also what to eat
cash ur bench is crazy for not having correct form. if u rolled u shoulders back, arched a little and inhaled before going down. you could easily press a lil more. good shit tho AYEEEEEET
You can hit that 315, just have your feet more under you to have that stable base. Good work though 💪🏾
Half decent lift off helps too
Good shit cash💪

HAHAHAHHAHA i cant when Cash was doing biceps curls and everytime he uses his back Kenny was like UUUUHHH
Cash for sure would not had benched 315 the first time lmao. Kenny had his hands the entire time in the bar. The bar literally went down and went back up.
Also his bench form is horrendous mans literally benching off pure strength lol
No leg drive, no scapula retraction, legit 0 arch
Actually pretty impressive, if he had proper form and bulked up he’d be in Zias territory lol
Zias territory😂that’s fax tho yeh
Bruh Kenny learn how to spot properly 🤦♂️
Just like the vibe between you and Kenny !
Had to go listen to Chopped n Skrewed after Kenny mentioned it, appreciate you haha
Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven amen 🙏🏾 John 14:6 amen 🙏🏾
Every single lift was terrible form. You just let the bar drop when you benching and squatting, learn to keep tight and control on the way down while exploding up. The deadlifts... that's hard to watch idc if you did 4 plates or not you just man handled the bar with the scariest back breaking form. good job tho lol
