I installed Walbro F90000285 on my Alfa 159 TBi on stock wiring and tuned car to Stage 3+ 400+hp after some time stock lpfp fuse 20A died twice in 2 days but saved me.It stayed out of fuel. I have put 25A fuse to can goes to service. In service we noticed that stock wire is just stock 2.5mm need upgrade so they put me 70A relay and full wire + and - 4mm from battery to pump. After that they started car but LPFP quickly died probably because it performed from begin with stock wire and got heat and LPFP itself was in heat. So i decide to install Walbro F90000295 like an upgrade as have all performed for that and 295 is perfect for single LPFP setup as dont have check valve. Now I know that wiring is a must part for LPFP upgrade. I have lucky that didnt broke something as I done a 40-50 times wot in 3-4 gear till 7250rpm and got leaner AFR 11.92 - 12 - 12.1 before it died. I highly recomand wire upgrade, good video!

for years ive been using stock Acura 1994 Integra wiring with a walbro 255lph fuel pump tuned...and have heen running in open loop mode since (no wideband)
.
if i were to upgrade to 10awg wire from battery to fuel pump through a 30A fuse & relay, would I need a retune?

your messuring wil be diffrent again when u power wire is not rold up u got smal magnetic fluxdiviations so wire wil warm up olso
