Homemade potato dish, mushroom cream gnocchi!

Today I made cream sauce with soft potato gnocchi and mushrooms.
Recipe (for 2 people)
[Gnocchi dough ingredients]
3 potatoes, 100g flour, 1 egg yolk, 20g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese,
1 teaspoon of olive oil, 10g of butter (used when baking)
[Cream sauce ingredients]
10 button mushrooms, 1/2 onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 4 strips of bacon,
10g butter, 2 tablespoons truffle oil, 30ml white wine, 250ml cooking cream (fresh cream), 250ml milk, 30g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, parsley powder/cheese (a little)
