That's actually the only con I've had in the 3+ years using it - it's a steep learning curve and it does SO MUCH that you'll never use it all. Outside of that, it's amazeballs.

Your video production quality, presentation, organization of the video, the video length (not too long but a thorough walkthrough nonetheless) and even the level of detail, clean presentation and organization of your description box! Everything about this is on-point. I also love that you have an elevator pitch/about me section in your description box that clearly outlines who you are and what you offer. Hi, I'd love to know how you created those Completed folders at around the 3:14 mark? I'm new to clickup and would love to see completed tasks and goals for different quarters.
All I’ve done there is created a new folder in that space, labeled it “Complete” and then I drag things from one list/folder into that one (there is also a “Move” option within the task). Make sense?

In which you then had the Cut-Aways where you explained things looking directly to the viewer, and tied every section up in a concise way. And THAT was the most impactful element. The utilization of different methods of relaying the information all in one session.

A1: YES tasks can be set up to be repeatable by daily, weekly,monthly, quarterly, annually with LOTS of flexibility in the settings! A2: Hmm that's a good question...you might want to reach out to CU support for that. I use ActiveCampaign but I haven't had any need to do any syncing between the two. Good luck!
Hi Tara. I've had a ClickUp subscription for over a year now and started using it for a lot of things. But it seems so overwhelming and not concrete for someone with ADHD. Can I pay you an hourly rate to jump on a zoom call and walk me through setting it up? I love the platform. what I need for productivity essentially is a place I can create blocks of time for a task and relate/connect that block to a broader task. For example, let's say 2:00pm to 3:00pm is to find flights. Well, finding flights for what exactly.. so connect it to a bigger project that says Trip to California. And then within that task, I need to be able to add notes or "findings". So in my previous example, let's say I found 3 different timed flights. I need to discuss those with the other people, so I need to add them into a note for referencing later. And then to build up on that note and task. This I think will help me organize my tasks. And then a hierarchical documents section for my notes of life.

That function isn't my specialty, but I'm sure it's an option. They do have great customer service and could probably share some super helpful tutorials with you.
I would say yes, especially since it's so customizable. But every business/owner has different needs or preferences, so if you use the link in the description you can test it out for yourself to see how it works for you specifically.

Hmm that's a good Q. I do use it to a degree for client database but not solely. It's much more for project management IME...BUT I haven't at all tapped it's full potential either. The link in the description even comes with a really good free trial and free tier to play with. It might be worth it to set it up and play around with it. Your best insights are probably going to come through experimentation. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Hi Tara, I am still doing my research and trying to decide which project management tool to implement. I have a Confectionery business and I have 5 management team members. I am looking for something simple so they will buy in. we would use it for planning new projects from Getting samples, doing trials to packaging and introduction to the market. I would also like to integrate Outlook calendar. I also need to be able to create a dashboard so we can all see who is doing what. And when I am traveling I can still collaborate with them. I don't mind paying when I know I am actually using the tool and it is benefiting my team. Do you think I can use the free version to get started and at what stage do you think I would need to start paying because of the free version limitations if not from the very beginning? Thank you
Great Q! Yes I’d def start free and just start with yourself. Poke around, get a lay of the land, test out different “views”, and see what you think. I think you’ll likely want to go paid as soon as you’re ready to get your team in. The one thing they are working on this year but it’s slow is calendar integration. It’s there but it needs expansion to make it truly useful. And their old app (for working on the go) was the worst but their new app is much better and they are working on it regularly to keep adding features and improvements. In some ways it’s similar. If you’re with Asana now you’ll pick up on the basics of ClickUp pretty quickly. But ClickUp makes Asana look like a amateur pencil sketch next to the Mona Lisa. It’s so dang robust, that this vid only shows about 5% of what it can do. Ive been with them for over a year and am still finding new cool stuff!

2 things. 1. Click up is Ssssslow....REALLY slow. 2. The developers don't understand there's an inverse relationship between usability and features. The developers need to stop adding features and Optimise.
I don’t entirely disagree. I had a lot of issues with lag in the beginning and then just a little recently, but it’s generally not a problem. Safari does make it worse. I agree with you - lots can equal too much. Guess you can’t win em all. 😆

Ehh it's not exactly an CRM (it's a project management tool) so depending on what you're looking to do, it may or may not work.

How is this different from Asana?
In some ways it’s similar. If you’re with Asana now you’ll pick up on the basics of ClickUp pretty quickly. But ClickUp makes Asana look like a amateur pencil sketch next to the Mona Lisa. It’s so dang robust, that this vid only shows about 5% of what it can do. Ive been with them for over a year and am still finding new cool stuff!

@@TaraWagner about 6 months now! love that they focus on customer feedback and the community their building. Oh and the release new features ever week lol. Feels like we are growing with them.

1. Click up is Ssssslow....REALLY slow.
2. The developers don't understand there's an inverse relationship between usability and features.
The developers need to stop adding features and Optimise.
I don’t entirely disagree. I had a lot of issues with lag in the beginning and then just a little recently, but it’s generally not a problem. Safari does make it worse. I agree with you - lots can equal too much. Guess you can’t win em all. 😆
