There are many versions of this vehicle: SC28, DR28, CR28, MT28, TR28.
I've heard the versions with smaller tires have a bit more acceleration. But I don't plan to try another.

Yeah man, I think you have a defective one, it definitely seems a bit sluggish, mine doesn’t run like that
I have the short course version (same chassis) it rips pretty good.
man, something is wrong with yours, i have dr28 and two sc28, and they all run pretty fast.

I cant understand why losi dont do a micro 2.0. I think they would sell loads and loads on them. IMO they were the best micro ever made.
Agreed. Love my 1/24 rally & 1/36 dt. So amazing. They do need to make more micros! Their current minis are great, but, the micros just so cool!

The mt28 and sc28 is much faster than yours. You may have a defective one
I did just have this one. Perhaps their quality control is bad. I was hoping it would be a fun and good micro. Sent it back for full refund. I hope others have better luck.
@@earthling1984yeah just bought a TR28 from this series and decided to watch some videos on it. That is how I stumbled on this video. Yours seems sluggish to what mine is doing out of the box.
Very easy to take these apart and replace things.
in your losi 1/24 you don't have the brushless kit, with the brush motor can we put a 7.4 v lipo?
Just stock motor. Yes brushed can do the 2 cell lipo. Still on original motor years later.
