Yeah, I snagged a couple of those too.
E5-2699 V3, 18 core on Huananzhi X99-TF peaks at 3.3GHz with no overclocking.
Hi There! Yup those 2699 cpus are pretty decent :)
Hello Jason, that is a splendid CPU., for the price!👍👍
@laurencejohnson4106 Heck yeah! Thanks Laurence!
¡Salud!
Dang Starfield going for gold knowing how to use more cores! So there you have it. People on budgets just need to look out for defunct servers to use for gaming!
@itstheMR yeah it truly blew my mind. I loves more cores lol.. Gimme all your xeons !!!
@itstheMR On a diff note... stay tuned for some Intel Arc action soon....
@@RememberThisTech Nice! Especially since their drivers have matured quite a bit. Just keep in mind the CPUs they perform best with. I read they can be a bit picky.
e5 2680v4 have more cache that are important for gaming
Good info thanks :)
well if you are talking about cache then 35mb/14 cores = 2.5mb each core and e5 2667 v4 got 25mb/8 cores = 3.125
@@nabeelahmed9892 Intel is different from AMD with their Infinity Fabric, for Intel all cores can bridge and access to all available cache.
can you test e5 2680 v4 for render vidio and debug android studio for test simulator android
is it good for multi ld players? android emulator?
@@johanniah6822 I haven't tested it as far as an android emulator :(
@@RememberThisTech im planning to get any of those xeon from ali for the multi instances use dedicated for ld players but i have no if its work better
Honestly after glancing from the 1% lows especially for 1440p i say 2680v4 is slightly better of the two given 1440p results which im half tempted to replace with my 2697v3 in my hp z440 there.
@endergamer4545 Hi there! It's got more cache and that can be good for some games. Plus if you do anything other than gaming like editing then those extra core can help. If your HP z440 supports it and you can grab one for a decent price why not try it. Perhaps do a couple benches to see how current cpu and new one works
@@RememberThisTech Its more so gaming mostly do there given my rx 6600 is handling most things just fine there that and i keep a eye on prices given current uk prices for xeon 2680v4 are just under 30 while 1660v4 are hovering around 40 to 50 hence why was more lenient towards the 2680v4.
@endergamer4545 Yeah it's crazy that 1660 still demands a hearty price :(
BUY THE E5-2697 V3, PERFOMANCE IS BETTER THANBOTH
@@CarolBlue-t9g I see, I'll have to compare them thanks.
Power consumption is higher, and requires modify bios
No one recommends 2697v3 anymore. You're literally killing your motherboard and the power consumption is insane.
The better choices are 2690v4, 2667v4 or if you get lucky to get 2696v4
@@tyrellwreleck4226 Great point!
@@tyrellwreleck4226 xeon only makes sense on budget, best option is motherboard+32gb of DDR3 ram with e5 2666 V3 for a total of
Why did you rush through the synthetic benchmarks so fast, no time to read have to pause every 5 sec just to read if u gonna talk in the video make a script and follow it no point in talking if you gonna plaster huge txt on the screen
Point taken thanks for the feedback!
Que vídeo bom cara.
Hi there! Welcome to the channel! TYVM I appreciate it :)
shouldn't use davinci on these matters, it's a bs soft, use Vegas, it's machine scalable program.
@@TroyIII Hi there. Ahhh ok tyvm for that tip :)
