I put a bun on a plate and draped a damp towel over the top, tucking in so the towel edges were flat on the plate. For my 850w microwave, 1 minute was enough to heat it up and it didn't go chewy at all; just soft, fluffy goodness - Toasting nuts is optional but recommended; I don’t think the buns aren’t in the oven long enough for the nuts to toast inside the dough - I’ve seen people create decorative shapes (with appropriate flavours) with buns like these; Christmas trees, flower gardens etc. It could be very fun to play around with that! - If you want to make a sweet version, you may want to increase the amount of sugar
