@cherryhoneyricola No American children are shooting themselves with THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE parents unsecured weapons! Time to be accountable for your OWN actions. MY rights don’t end when you abuse yours.
@cherryhoneyricola if kids are educated on weapons they would know how to handle a weapon, how to unload a weapon and not to fkin point an unknown weapon at anyone. PERIOD!
The 14 year old says he found it in an alley ? What was this kid doing in an alley ? Who was he with, & if he did see a gun, why did he touch it, much less pick it up and bring it home ? Why did he feel comfortable touching it and bringing it home ? There’s a difference between seeing, finding, & taking, not to mention concealing it & sneaking it into the house. My Dad was military,he would’ve beat the brakes off me for not reporting it to him & authorities right then, without even thinking about touching it. So the young man hasn’t been taught, “If it’s not yours, don’t touch it ?” This isn’t a gun issue, this is a parenting issue. If you don’t teach your children right from wrong, someone else will. Now he has to live with the fact that he committed this act because he wasn’t given proper home training. It’s a very sad and tragic accident.
@@mischaraine1645 I highly doubt it either. I think the father should tell the truth about the gun, & not let his son take the blame for it being in the house.
These are the same kind of people who can’t afford food or rent and has to rely on government assistant. Meanwhile, they have no problem finding some cash for guns and drugs.
Teach the kids that playing with guns is not like a rap song or a video game. And people need to do better at securing their guns so they don't keep getting stolen. More than likely the person who stole the gun knew the 'who, what, when, and where'
The parents are fully to blame for their failure to involve themselves in their children’s lives. The teen was raised wrong. They need to be charged with neglect.
@@ShimmySha Parenting ! The gun was in the apartment or house. Knowing that black teenagers kill each other so much they shouldn't have their gun at eye sight. They shouldn't have any knowledge of gun in the home. These people are setting up their kids to fail and be menace to society.
Teaching your children about things like that, just like throwing rock knives, they are not toys parents need to educate your
14 year old should have known better than to point a gun at anyone

4 firearms safety rules are there for a reason
Kids aren't taught the proper handling of weapons. They see and learn from rap videos and video games and possibly family members.
@cherryhoneyricolaIt weeds out the stupid.
The parents fault
Mother you mean.
@@cattinkerbell4946right 9 times out of ten the father is absent
@cherryhoneyricola no you're wrong. What made this what it is is lack of education
@@ShimmySha 9 out of 10 times your wrong as hell

Sad mann
I bet the family feels safer now.
God bless this family. My heart breaks for them.
Tampa FFA has a free gun safety course for children.
The family should’ve taught their children the danger of using playing with guns such a sad incident

Where did the 🔫 come from???
Just another gun grabber story
@cherryhoneyricolaThat you are trolling the board.
When you raise a culture whose number one dream is to own their first gun, what else do you expect?
