Over the week I've designed my first toothpick frame and canopy all thanks to your videos!! Really excited for you to make more, this has helped me a bunch!!!
Wow, EXACTLY what i needed and why i wanted to learn fusion360! Didn´t search for this cause i´d never imagined that there was a chance to find that kind of video. Very nice explained also! Thanks a lot!!
Been messing with Fusion360 for a couple weeks now. Really enjoyed the vid. But realizing I don’t know much at all. Ha. Will be watching this more than once. I liked how you shaped the canopy.
I design in solidworks but I watched your tutorial because i always felt freeforming is easier in fusion, and i never used it. quite interesting, i'll give it a try thank you. The thought process is very similar but I always find the cleanup difficult in solidworks.
Amazing tutorial, I'm going to watch this multiple times in the future. If I had one suggestion I would love it if every time you press a keyboard shortcut you just say the key and what it does. You did it a lot toward the end but it would really help to hear it every time a shortcut is pressed.
Thanks man! And thanks for the feedback. Absolutely right I had a hard time with the shortcuts because I'm so used to them haha. I'll do that differently in the upcoming tutorials
Sweet, great job. I definitely understand alot more functions that I didn't know how to use them. It definitely helps. Where did you get the camera model? I was going to make one if i can't find one.
Hey, u use a lot of dummies for your design, could you share them? found it very usefull but want create it by myself caus this would take more time then creating needed stuff ;)
Thank you very much for that tutorial. I really need more of these but also for the actual frame design!! This qas really one of the most informative fusion videos I ever saw. Really wasnt sure if I can work with freeforms but you really helped me
@@DaveCFPV Arbeite zur Zeit gerade an meinen eigenen Frame, für einen 6" longrange quad. Bin mir aber nicht so sicher, ob ich nicht einen 7" bauen soll. Was würdest du empfehlen?
Also lieber gleich 7".
I managed to follow the whole video pretty good. But the form body you created wont combine with the other bodies from model. In your vid, it wont show how they went from form yello icon body to regular white body! Need help on that part pls
Nice tutorial - just wondering, have you designed those canopy mounting holes to be self tapping? Wondering if I need to inset a nut in there for my own design.
I really needed this thank you so much, I haven't ever come across anyone on YT who explained this so clearly.

What a great video! Thank you for posting. I have an even greater appreciation for what you and Alexandre do for our micro community.
Thanks a lot!!! I was trying to learn Fusion and creating a canopy the "hard way". I learned a lot of things in just one video! thanks for sharing
You are more of an expert than me. Its amazing to see it coming together awesome video I will definitely using it as a guide
Super cool now I'm going to go download fusion.

Do you think you can do a tutorial on one of the Gatehunter pods? This was very useful!
Very nice video

I LOVE THIS! By chance like a 1% chance could you do one of a 5 inch racer pod? BUT THANK YOU FOR SHOWING THIS!!!!
Pretty interesting, dude! Thanks a lot! 😃
hmm.. never used that function... thanks i will give it a go

This is very well explained, thanks a lot :) Let's level up in Solidworks!

Look here, for example
Try using alt+dragging an edge. It will create another section. And you can continue to do that until you are satisfied.
Good to know! Thanks!
inspection cuts can be removed from the project tree under Analysis

Thank you that's really encouraging. Working on more tutorials including frame design. Hope I can release one almost every week
@@DaveCFPV Du sprichst auch Deutsch oder nicht?

Perfekt. Konnte mit deinem Tutorial als Noob in Fusion 360 eine Toothpick Caddx Vista Canopy bauen. 100%ig
Hello, great job. Or did you download the Foxeer P?
I'm looking for the Foxeer Falkor mini. Thank you

self trapping works perfectly fine. Make the hole 1.6mm
@@DaveCFPV Perfect! Thanks for the quick reply
Now you are better than bob 😂
Thanks for the tutorial. I doubt I'll ever figure it out lol still a great tutorial.
where do i find the dummy cam?
Want cool apex racing frame canopyyy!!!
Plzzzz
Have do you put the canopy in to thingivers?
No that one was just for the tutorial and I didn't upload it since I have better designs
Warum nur 360p?
weil grad erst hochgeladen. Die höheren Auflösungen werden bei YT erst mit Bisschen Verzögerung verfügbar...
