I think you’ve done an awesome job designing and organizing this truck! The modern half ton pickups are very capable! People still see them as the old half tons but in reality they can do a lot more! If it’s working for you I say keep moving forward man! Excellent job! I also think there’s a market for this skid type design you’ve built. I do agree with another comment that the 8ft bed and air bags or at the minimum some timbrens could really help you out. But you do you man!
With a battery replacement look into if you need to do a BMS (battery monitor system) reset. Ford may have finally made the system smart enough to know when you changed the battery but the first generation BMS doesn't. As the battery gets old BMS increases the alternator voltage to compensate which is helpful but on a replacement battery it just shortens the battery life. Its easy to check with a volt meter when the truck is running.
I’ve been jumping my old John Deere loader a lot with my 2020 ram. And running a winch off it. I think I’ve been going though batteries every year or two.
Good to see you posting.....How was the Hurricane? Did you make through ok? I am glad to see you are doing well....I just bought a Miller Bobcat 225 G that is housed out and I have no idea if it runs...I will be rebuilding it on video before or during the build of my 1928 Morgan/MG special hillclimb race car....
I'm not even a welder, I think I st arted following you because of the dentsides, it's weird to see a welder that doesn't need a one ton dually diesel. I have a '21 5.0 4x4 xlt like that, but it's a super crew. Only thing that scares me is the CDF drum issues in the 10r80 they didn't fix until '24, oh and I have a 3.31 rear end that I need to swap
Nice if it was me I would take the passenger side seat out where you had more storage. Please start sharing more videos having one video once a year ain’t much.
Mine has been fine. They will slip or hang in shift sometimes when they need reprogrammed. People assume they are breaking when they literally need a button pushed on a laptop.
Man you got that f 150 loaded. Glad it’s been a reliable truck for you. Hope your business prosperous daily
Glad to see someone show you dont need an f350 dually for this
That welding skid is awesome!!! I love the lights and the vise. Great to be Able to put the skid right near the job.

79 is still just a bad boy
Next time consider an 8 ft bed. Maybe some airbags.
Already has airbags. 8ft beds are had to find these days.
how much money do you have in the entire rig - tools and all?
How's your pop's doing? I've been watching you since the beginning.
How well does that compressor keep up when air arcing

Homes you need a 4 🚪 10 feet flat bed! You have way too much 💩 in that truck!🛻
If I did I’d load it all the way up to. 6 of 1 half dozen of the other
You need a bigger truck buddy
Nope I’m under the rated GVRW. I’ve owned bigger trucks and there is no need for them in my work.
