Another story is out, everyone - This time, it's the famous tale of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves!! ruclips.net/video/p__k30BONSI/видео.html - It is from the Arabian Nights (AKA One Thousand and One Nights) - It's the long, original version of the story - go and take a listen if you have some time xxx
My adopted daughter is Asian (Vietnamese) and we spend hours listening to your stories. Its amazing how many different stories each culture has. I always feel like she's missing out on some Asian heritage because I don't know these stories but these are amazing and so beautiful. You've got an amazing storytelling ability.
Nomi Piper I'm Vietnamese too! There are so many Vietnamese stories like the story of how watermelons came to be. I hope your daughter has the opportunity to learn some. :)
Tran Trinh oh she definitely will learn! I'm pretty adamant on not allowing her to forget her heritage even though she lives so far away from her origins. I don't want her to have an identity crisis. Seeing as she's only 4 though stories are the best way to convey the culture.
Thank you for the bedtime stories! I have spent the past couple nights overjoyed falling asleep, followed by a luxurious sleep! thank you for your stories from around the world. Please continue to tell us the stories that you find .............
MimiTheStoryTeller, I have given serious thought to this as I was hoping if I may to give you a little suggestion for future stories .... I love that most of your stories have a lesson. One of favorites is Thumbelina.. I read one the other day , that I really liked & as soon as I recall the name I am going to post it 😜 I have listened to all your stories & some multiple times. You truly have a wonderful voice & style. Also I found your travel pics and encourage everyone who likes your stories to check those out as well. Thank you for sharing both with us 🎉👏🏻😊
MimiTheStoryTeller - have you ever watched Jim Henson's THE STORY TELLER ? That is among my all time favorites, clips of it are available here on you tube.
You just leave the sweetest, most genuine comments. Thank you for suggesting such a beautiful story - Thumbelina is so magical! I'll look into rewriting it into a bedtime story one of these days!! P.S. So glad you found my Instagram! Is your name Felene over there?? I'll look out for you! xxx
Hi everyone! I've just made a new story - This time, it's the famous Indian epic of The Ramayana: ruclips.net/video/L5jUzPUtC3w/видео.html. Go and take a listen if you'd like! :) xx
This is so amazing because I love watching korean or chinese ancient historical dramas and the way you described the way Ma Yi He was dressed the day if her weeding, I imagined it absolutely like the ancient korean brides I saw in the Korean’s Ancient Dramas Like Empress Ki (When Yin Li Hua was married to Liu Qiu she was absolutely gorgeous in her bride gown)
