This is not to disrespect anyone or offend anyone but to me the older Africans are stronger than the older Americans. Maybe it could be the natural food they are eating
Yes, they are not eating processed food and they have less sugar in their diets. Whatever sugars they are eating it is probably honey and pure cane. The land does not have a lot of pollution, nucelear reactors and engineering in the ground. There is a reason why most people in developing nations don't want to become like America. It has nothing to do with ignorance, it is about preservation of the earth.

Man, as a kid a kid in Canada who loves Asian food and tradition, it is amazing that you are the one to introduce me to Ghana's food and culture. And I know why you draw me to your channel, it is because your videos posses a realness and respect for different cultures that is so beautiful, and you are so open and passionate. You may never see this but I hope you do, so you know that you have made a difference in a kids life, and I wish I could be as great and down to earth as you seem to be. If you stop making videos, it'll be a disservice to the world, so never stop. Love your videos and bye
Simon Dawes well spoken. For a kid you are very matured. You are a great person
Simon, you will be great one day, mark mine words.
I love this, I've had enough about Africa and starving children... We need to see more of this.
lol thats so true. i have travelled to many African nations but i am yet to see children really starving. not to say they aren't there but i think the number is so low if they are available

@@afrosontv798 yeah and its not that theres no food, its the infrastructure thats not available to get food to certain regions. Its silly that African governments dont find ways to get food to their people, to have outsiders come with planes is ridiculous
totally agree!!!
@@MsLuvmusic81 I think outside aid and other interventions are messing things up in Africa in many cases. They should be let find their own solutions. Local and regional organically emerging ones.

I want to thank you Mark for opening my eyes to Africa beyond what we see on the news or tourists spots. When I thought of Ghana, it was just a homogeneous country. Amazing people and food.

Mark, when you eat fufu in order to take enough soup make a hole with your thumb so that it is like a small cup. Then the soup stays inside and it is less stressful to eat.

Africa is the true definition of HAPPINESS. No matter our circumstances we put SMILES and HOPE before anything believing there is hope in the future. #africawillrise
So happy we as people never let the colonizers ruin our experiences and happiness, even when they took all of our natural wealths we stayed wealthy through our personalities and humbleness (something I’d take over money or gold)
my great grandmother is 107 and lives in kumasi ghana 💗💗💗 when i went to visit her last summer (she can’t speak english very well) i noticed that all she could say in english was “ITS FINE” and so i found 19:37 soo adorable!!

Or make it practical and make Fufu, actually.. Its a lot of carbs, but thats what you want after that pounding :)

Another great video on Ghanaian cuisine. Interesting how they use the kitchen knife as a one utility kitchen tool for cooking.

This is not to disrespect anyone or offend anyone but to me the older Africans are stronger than the older Americans. Maybe it could be the natural food they are eating
@Lucky Sakpege living in the U.S.A I feel more healthy when I eat nothing at all than their horrible processed foods
We eat the hard food! The one you eat with your hand is always stronger than the one you eat with a fork.
True... africans are stronger people.
American food is full of chemicals
I wish my african boyfriend will bring me in his motherland and try those foods...
