    I was able to use some of these with a dear friend who was in the hospital last weekend and, combined with a colorful bouquet delivered her hospital room from "Flower By Melrose," it really cheered her. :)

    Kruu Mod, I'm appreciating the way you structure/group your lesson topics, the functionality of the lessons, and in this particular lesson - the many ways you've added to my ability to express concerns. Sut yot.
    The Thai script overlay of the Roman Script was a detraction, but your focused desire to teach is excellent and encouraging to learn more. Kop khun maak na krap.

    • @kaweejay
      @kaweejay 8 лет назад

      David Vovoom you could say this if the job is kind of risky or dangerous job. Like work in the mine or policeman. You should say. ทำงานอย่างมีความสุขนะ tum-ngaan-yaang-mii-kwamsuk-na is a proper way to say so :) coz the word Rawang itself means warn, caution, be cautious, be careful, be mindful.

      She's not from Laos, she's a Bangkok Thai. The other teacher Pear is from Isaan & a lot of them originally come from Laos, hence the language changes/ differences ... & the flatter nose that Pear has. Most bar girls come from Isaan region as one of the poorest with least rain etc. Most good Thai girls hate, HATE, the bar girls as their behaviour, actions & attitude give them all Thai girls a bad name .. & make foreigners stupidly (or, stupid foreigners) think that ALL Thai girls are for sale & have a price.

    I have a question about the word อันตราย. The letters ตร form a consonant cluster, therefore why is there an inherent ะ between ต and ร? When I look at the spelling I think that the word should have two syllables: อัน-ตราย. Why is it pronounced อัน-ตะ-ราย with three syllables?
