At every age (just read the writings of great philosophers), everyone seems to be on the dawn of a new age of knowledge. 10,000 years from now (if there are) people living then, will think that they won't live long enough to see answers to the great questions then...

Our planet is rare because of the size moon we have. The gravitational force causes a lot of energy. Also it might have kept our core molten for as long as it did, where other similar sized planets may have already lost it including their protective magnetic field. We are truly lucky.
@STRIDER_503 Well, lifewise, it doesn't matter if "we" are here or not. "We" posting here could be dinosaurs descent, "reptilians" instead of "humans" if Chicxulub disaster didn't occur. Maybe "we" could even be millions of years ahead in progress and evolution, and of course Space exploration, if natural selection didn't have to wait for another dominant species to rise from ashes. Or even already extinct from millions years... Of course, that doesn't mean that "reptilian I" would be born and post this comment, but in the field of probability, I could be a "reptilian me" stating the exact same concept. Unless you don't think "we humans" are the elected species. 😉

Jesus Christ man. The “We are lucky enough to know the answer. All we have to do is look up” part actually gave me chills. What an absolute legend you are.
The third world is being crammed into western civilization, so that over a few generations of brain washing, there will only be the religion of science. ($$$). The big bang theory was ' invented ' by a Jesuit Astronomer....and everybody swallowed it hook line and sinker.... so much for God, from a man of god ! One of the new 'saints of the science ' is Michio Kaku, who reckons our big bang was created by another universe 85% of cosmology is dark matter ( unknown ).....but they'll work something out soon... HAVE FAITH ! By the way ,I'm not a bible basher.... but all this science ' theory ' is no better. Quantum physics wants us to believe that the FUTURE created the past ( and visa versa). Technology is not cosmology !
Future Timelapse made me cry, at the fact that only a few minutes in it was talking about the death of planet Earth. And when I’d watched it all, I just sat for 5 minutes, thinking “We’re the last ones,” and I know it was a billion trillion trillion trillion (etc) years later, I kept thinking, “Nothing, nothing will be left.”. And, it’s crazy. Definitely the best videos i’ve ever watched without skipping *once*
Watch reality tv please its good yes but this strange rock tells the science we are the only ones in the galaxy ie astrphysi ist brian.cox agrees and most others the crank drake equation is outdated ie redwarf stars make 75 percent of all stars no life can live around a tiny small red star
You are a professional idiot!! I wonder why everything space is 100% CGI, photoshop, animation, artist renderings, conceptions, composites and theory after endless theory??? If you want to know why RESEARCH THE FLAT EARTH TOPIC NOW!!!
trust me you will see we still don't know what will happen when we die maybe you will be born again in another planet or universe or become a soul wondering around the world everything is possiblein this world
The fact that a single person did all of this, the visuals, the research, the soundtrack, the presentation, all of it is incredible. I don't think it's possible through anything but sheer passion that someone could single-handedly create something better than documentaries with huge teams behind them and massive amounts of funding.
I literally cried. Thanks, man, actually thanks. As some people say in here, I looked at my little social problems, and it's just meaningless. I wanted to help humanity discover the wonders of reality, like Isaac newton, Plato, Einstein, Nietzsche and many, many others. But it is a difficult thing to do, I am nos as brilliant as them neither born in the right place. But I can do one thing. I can try to be a better person. If everyone does this, our focus will be in the grand scheme. The moment that NASA's budget will be $600 billion and the military's $25 billion, amazing things will happen

technically it wouldn't since stars continue to burst and more resources start to form we could and i say that lightly, be like nomads making homes in other places with rich resources to sustain us. and if we survive as a species we could eventually find a way to make new life but that would be a great feat to accomplish.
I’m just speechless. On the one hand, everything we do is so pointless, but on the other hand it is a one-time experience, that we get, that ANYONE gets. We have to live this life how we want, do what we want.
It's not necessarily pointless. It's entirely possible, provided humanity lives long enough, that we will become a god-like race. Consider how much we've accomplished in our short time on this planet. If we somehow live till the end of the universe, I find it very likely that at that point we'll be so powerful we may be able to stop it. And if we aren't there, then I'm sure some other species will be
