MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING, BREAD PUDDING IN MICROWAVE, HOW TO MAKE MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING

MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING
Ingredients
1 or 2 slices of bread, cubed
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
½ cup milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Melt butter in a microwave safe dish or mug for 10 seconds in the microwave.
Remove and swirl it around
In a separate cup, combine the egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir well.
Pour this liquid over the bread.
Mix it well and allow the liquid to soak into the bread.
Place the dish or mug in the Microwave oven.
Microwave on high for one minute, then add 30 seconds at a time until it’s cooked to your liking
It takes around 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Add nuts and raisins if desired.
