If you ever visit Sweden, there are thousands of uninhabited islands just like this one here. And setting up tents and do camping is legal without any permit.
Springing cold weather camping especially is how you die or get hurt. During the warmer months it's really a lot easier to just wing it for a night at least if it's not raining or something like that. I know someone who went camping spontaneously during early October here in Germany. Suddenly there was a massive rain storm and the temperatures dropped and they didn't have enough protection from the elements and had they not managed to get to a train station to huddle in they probably would have gotten hypothermia or something like that at the very least.

He should definitely keep the island, Chris. Build some kind of house with big glass-fronted views out to sea and a nice curving path to the beach area. Add a cooking space on the beach and seating, maybe carve some seating out of the rock as well. Turn the cave into a mediation/lounging space with a platform that maybe goes out onto the water a little way. I think it would be really popular in the summer for rental, if done well. It could be good all year round as it wouldn't be much different to staying on Skye or some other island in Scotland in the winter. Just a question of getting the right building work done. Thanks for sharing. Really beautiful!

CHRIS, I hope you’re recording some footage of you driving through the country ride because a timelapse or two would be pretty nice to watch and great to have on the background while doing other things. Just an idea. It would fill in the blanks of the journey so to speak.
If he kept the island, carved some stairs into the rock, and cleared some flat land for a gazebo and room for tents and put down a camp grill, it would be a really awesome spot, especially with the lights that are there.

Every episode has been introduced with Chris taking sunnies off, this is the quality consistent content I'm here for.
What do you mean he should keep the Island? He doesn't own it in the first place. Also it would be insanely expensive to build your suggested idea on an remote Island like this. We are talking about millions. Overall a pretty bad idea for someone operating a RUclips channel. 😂

@@AllschmoiThey meant the owner of the island, not Chris (which you'd know if you'd watched the whole video).
I thought Natsuki was joking, but upon searching, "Matsushima-ya, a-a-Matsushima-ya, Matsushima-ya" was actually how the haiku went. WHAT
Seeing Natsuki in a video makes my day better. His whole energy is just brilliant
Can't help but appreciate Natsuki revealing the camping agenda:
1. Talking :)
2. Cooking :D
3. Fucking D:
Watching Abroad in Japan makes me HAPPY ❤
Yes!👌
❤
Not watching abroad in Japan makes me ANGRY
@@pillepolle3122 🤣👍
You dont understand how happy I am taking from studying, I been studying for 2 whole days and take a break to watch it thanks for the enjoyable video!
I watched a video recently about how much Japan genuinly loves Chris Broad. Well done sir, you're really doing work to bridge the cultural gap in easy to digest videos that are both entertaining and educational (to a degree)
Awesome hard core camping. This challenge of camping seemed easy compared to the Haiku challenge. Entertaining videos keep up the great work. Heading to Tohoku in March inspired by this channel and Ryotaro and sharmelon . Aloha.
From his elegant ramen sentence to "Talking, Cooking, FUCKING", Natsuki is a man of mystery
Props to your editors for pumping out so many quality videos in short succession. We are getting spoiled and it’s going to be hard to return to your old regular schedule
Connor and Natsuki teaming up to crap talk Chris is pretty hilarious XD They're so matter-of-fact about it
I'm so glad that this was only for a one night stay and they got super lucky with the tides.
Hand warmers are the best! I use them all the time when hiking. I really like the ones that have the small metal piece in the jelly that you kinda crack, because they get really hot and when they are done, you can just boil them to ''reload'' and use again.
So much hype for this episode! Loving this new JAJ so far!❤
I think the real survival was spending 24 hours with Connor
Yes
He survived stepping into Ryotaro’s house. Chris Broad is John Wick
Don't think anyone would have survived if it wasn't for Connor to be honest 😆
Imagine the horror of surviving with a man who can't clean his ass without a bidet
Or rather natsuki and Connor on a small island
“Brack Santa” is going haunt my dreams with his “talking cooking fucking” 😂 I love natsuki protect that treasure of a person with your life
Natsuki coming out of the tent as black santa was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.
Most fun episode of new series so far! Absolutely loved it!
This really did feel like a top gear special because it did have a genuine degree of danger to it haha but I absolutely loved this episode, it made the journey feel like a proper adventure

Chris=Jeremy, Connor was Richard, and Natsuki was Natsuki.
@@watashiandroid8314 I disagree, I think Connor is more Jeremy Clarkson and Chris is more James May. But of course Natsuki is Natsuki
Chris loves giving Connor the easy things for videos, how nice of Chris to give Connor a 2 stars camping experience 🥰
So, this is basically just another wacky weekend. But this time with natsuki with them. Love it
