    I love the way Toya shows us woman, we can move even while pregnant, Be wise don't stop moving, baby depending on you Eat right but not for two the way we were taught. Your videos continue to inspire and motivate. In my family opinion, most loved YT couple.

    we are almost mid winter in the southern hemisphere (Thamaga, Botswana, Africa).. so with increasing cold vibes, this low impact workout was just what i needed to amp me up for continueod workouts.. will be doing another one tomorrow. Thank you so much for this J&T

    Thankyou so much for this, was much needed! You guys have been such an inspiration to me for a long time now, I fell off working out daily to gaining so much weight but starting today to get back into a routine and I genuinely had tears throughout this whole workout because I’ve let myself go and watching you do your thing whilst pregnant is just so inspiring, made me realise how bad I want and need to be more fit and loose weight so I can be my best self for my partner and 2 amazing little girls 🥹💪🏾

    This is the kind of cardio I love! This was great.. My heart rate was in the 150-170 bpm range the entire time and I wasn’t bored or dreading every second of it.

    I had repair of my meniscus last year doing hiit. Just turned 68 and I love this HIIT WORKOUT ❤❤❤ it's very joint friendly and I worked up a sweat!💯

    Your workouts are so varied... never the same, and always fun. I always preview a workout and it HAS to look like it will be fun. AND the MUSIC has to be really good. It's amazing how when the timer is counting down the beat of the music begins right at 0!! I've been following you both since before Juice proposed.     Loved this workout. I did it as day 5 for SRC. It was low key but definitely efficient. My favorite exercises were the punching ones, the cross over knee crunch and both rows exercises. I already subscribed to the podcast but I’ll head over there to post a topic. Thanks for all you both do!

    I’ve been working out 4-6x a week with JT videos for over a year and I still love them. Gained enough strength and confidence to start rock climbing at age 48…something I’ve always wanted to do. Big thank you ❤

    I struggle for over half a year now with anorexia and I really gotta say.. Juice and Toya, you guya really light up my entire life. I already got so much better. You two really help me overcome my anorexia and help me build a healthy realationship with working out and food!     I tried this yesterday. It's actually tougher than I thought! Even with lighter weights, what makes this hard was how fast they were going with each rep with decreased rest time. My shoulders were giving out after halfway!

      Totally Jammin 💪, perfect length video !! I turned 60 yrs young this winter and those hour long videos just seem to long now a days because it isn't the only thing I do. I also enjoy getting my 10,000 steps in daily and working on my ads, butt and so on 🤷‍♀️💪😅

    Great workout! There were several exercises that were my favorites but, to keep it short, I enjoyed the overhead press + woodchop. This exercise really worked my core. I also liked the burpees because I had to think on my feet and figure out how to do them without putting too much weight on my knees. I was able to do 3 burpees. 💪🏾🙂

    Another dope one yall! This was better than the other light weight HIIT when Toya had on the purple onesie. Juice using light weight will always make me chuckle.     Hi and congrats on your baby. i dont know if anyone will see this comment but i wanted to request a hips friendly weight trainning video. i have a hip surgery coming up soon and can't follow along with every squat or lunge so i have to take a lot of breaks. but i really love your channel and would like to follow along the whole way with you without needing to take breaks and pause the video because of this.
    i love your channel. i loved the video. im a beginner at using weights so this light weight exercise before work has helped, as well as to get upper body strength because soon i will need it while my lower body is healing.

    I went for a 6,6lbs dumbell and some exercices was kinda hard

    Shut the front door!! Why was I giving myself longer rest periods & Toya wasn’t hmmm 🤔 lol. Just goes to show that pregnant or not these bodies can take us so far if we just continue to work at it without fail. Praise you Toya for looking amazing during these workouts making it look effortless. Since I’m not pregnant 😝 I followed Juice as I don’t have any excuses. This was a great workout. Thanks guys.

    If I had to choose favorite exercise?
    Hmm... deadlifts - I hate and love them at the same time.
    Burpees, oh yes, they are great too, but I think I'll choose Alternating Plank Reach because I train with my wife and this exercise gave us the most smiles and motivation as we watched each other ❤👍💪🔥

    Just got home from work thinking what workout will I do today & this was the first thing that popped up when I opened RUclips. No need to wonder anymore now time to knock this out, I’ll most likely go heavier with weights but I’m sure this is gonna be another great workout.
    Doing these with 30lbs db’s might not have been the smartest move but good workout regardless 😂
