This is the kind of cardio I love! This was great.. My heart rate was in the 150-170 bpm range the entire time and I wasn’t bored or dreading every second of it.
I haven't done a strength workout in quite a while. This workout was very approachable and a great place to start getting back into it. Full body workout that made me feel capable, and like I hadn't lost everything. Thank you!

Loved this workout. I did it as day 5 for SRC. It was low key but definitely efficient. My favorite exercises were the punching ones, the cross over knee crunch and both rows exercises. I already subscribed to the podcast but I’ll head over there to post a topic. Thanks for all you both do!

I tried this yesterday. It's actually tougher than I thought! Even with lighter weights, what makes this hard was how fast they were going with each rep with decreased rest time. My shoulders were giving out after halfway!

Great workout! There were several exercises that were my favorites but, to keep it short, I enjoyed the overhead press + woodchop. This exercise really worked my core. I also liked the burpees because I had to think on my feet and figure out how to do them without putting too much weight on my knees. I was able to do 3 burpees. 💪🏾🙂

Hi and congrats on your baby. i dont know if anyone will see this comment but i wanted to request a hips friendly weight trainning video. i have a hip surgery coming up soon and can't follow along with every squat or lunge so i have to take a lot of breaks. but i really love your channel and would like to follow along the whole way with you without needing to take breaks and pause the video because of this. i love your channel. i loved the video. im a beginner at using weights so this light weight exercise before work has helped, as well as to get upper body strength because soon i will need it while my lower body is healing. The whole workout was amazing! If I had to choose favorite exercise? Hmm... deadlifts - I hate and love them at the same time. Burpees, oh yes, they are great too, but I think I'll choose Alternating Plank Reach because I train with my wife and this exercise gave us the most smiles and motivation as we watched each other ❤👍💪🔥
Just got home from work thinking what workout will I do today & this was the first thing that popped up when I opened RUclips. No need to wonder anymore now time to knock this out, I’ll most likely go heavier with weights but I’m sure this is gonna be another great workout. Doing these with 30lbs db’s might not have been the smartest move but good workout regardless 😂

I had repair of my meniscus last year doing hiit. Just turned 68 and I love this HIIT WORKOUT ❤❤❤ it's very joint friendly and I worked up a sweat!💯
