Delicious! Hey, who ate the walnuts? That's OK. I used pecans, cashews and rolled the dough in shaved almonds. I had some leftover dried apricots. Mixed them in with dates. These are my new favorites! I put chocolate on my grandson's cookies. I can change this up with dried cherries or other dried fruits with the dates. I love these❤
