cool watch, I like the features although it is curious that the bezel is fixed, would be nice to set your true North before going on a hike.

Maybe to keep the cost down? I agree with you, the bezel moving would be a great feature. Thanks.

Great review. I have the 2b. Love it. Love this watch, period (and I have a bunch of Casios/G Shocks).

Thanks for watching, I like this type of watch from Casio! I have noticed that Casio’s newer watches are super complex and super expensive lately, I prefer this model over the newest Protrek that I purchased a couple of years ago.

Thank you for a very thorough revue, I’m interested in this watch for the easy read features and ruggedness.

Thanks for watching. It one of my favorites for hiking. It’s very readable with the big numbers and font type. Enjoy.

I bought this watch for work when I got my first job about 13 years ago. I just replaced the battery yesterday and had to order a replacement strap because the buckle pin broke, I want to keep the original straps so I’m going to try to swap the buckle from the new strap onto the original strap.

That should be a straight forward job. This is a sweet watch for the price! way to go on keeping this watch for 13 years! Thanks for watching.
