- Yesterday, we discussed five behaviors in a USCIS interview that makes an officer refer your case to the fraud unit.
The other five behaviors include lack of interest, lack of eye contact, giving general answers, being interrupted by the attorney, and attempting to distract or mislead the officer.

Are fraud units within the field office, eg, is it a more experienced officer that will conduct the interview? Also, aside from a possible home visit what else is investigated?
