    Will my biometrics portion go fairly quickly if I’m a notary, immigration consultant (preparer) and loan signing agent and I’ve already done the background check ?

    If the marriage fails the citizen can become financially responsible for the immigrant. Income is important for that reason.

      Be careful, citizens. Some immigrants will treat you like a TRUE sponsor and nothing like a spouse. They will be pretentious collecting all the evidence from YOUR Bona Fide actions. Then leave. There is nothing you can do. Immigration won’t help and an immigration attorney will dismiss you with the quickness. DO NOT mistake a red flag for a typical marital spat.

    What happens if she is already a us citizen and got her kids citizenship can they take it away.After a long period of time and she hurried to do all documents in short time is that considered suspicious?

      Would the 38 year old marry the 67 year old if they resided in the same country? Uhhh... no.
