I went to get my I 94 because my application for renewal on my green card was taking years. When I got there, I was asked to put my fingers on a device at the window I was at. The device showed that my fingerprints did not match my account, I was upset because somebody was trying to hack my green card. The USCIS officer seemed not very concerned about it. Why is this happening, they need to be more accurate. This was the Phoenix office on 16th Street. I can’t find a website that handles my complaint. Why are they not using DNA instead of all this garbage that gets hacked?
Hello, I got my green card through marriage Now I need to remove the condition During these 2 years my wife and I got in argument and she call the police I was charged for domestic violence & assault but the case was dismissed, we still together we have 2 kids together everything is fine, but it still shows on my record am I facing problem to renew my green card please help me if you know I don’t really have that much money to hire an attorney :( !!?
It's really not hard but yes if you don't speak English might be an issue. I did everything myself no attorney involved. A lady I knew hired an attorney she thought it would be a difficult process and she regretted. She paid $ 2500. Because she said the interview was easy.
