Just rode Grizzly after retrack, 4 times it's so good! Best ride in the park. Can't believe people don't talk more about it Love my old school classic
So happy that i305 still has the "Gentlemen start your engines" voice over! I am not into Nascar, but that is a perfect way to start the ride.
I wish they had called it Expedition 305 to suit the nice new theming of the area.

Went there today. I’ve been terrified of roller coasters my whole life and never got on them. Got on 6 today! Grizzly was my FAVORITE !!

It’s kinda crazy that I 305 hasn’t gotten a paint job throughout the whole time it’s been intimidator 305 it’s is absolutely no excuse for that.
Apparently it’s expensive, but expect one soon, that’s all I’ll say.

Idk lol Dollywood was pretty amazing, just need a couple more unique coasters.
Just to let you know, a lot of the rides are running one train because they are very short on staff. They have like 62 job postings of jobs open atm. There international employees don't arrive until May. A lot of KDs staff are teenagers who are most likely still in school.
Yeah, I almost applied myself lol, pay is way too low for me, but definitely good for a teen, by June they should be good to go though.
@@AngeloGiles yeah I think they adjusted the wages to match doswell area which is tough as Richmond or Fredericksburg jump up a lot higher in wages. However, Cedar fair slashed wages this year due to massive budget cuts. They currently have more liabilities than assets which happened a lot from covid. As of Q4 2023 they only have $28m in the bank which tbh is not a lot in my opinion for a company with 11 pretty big parks/properties. People don't realize how messed up Cedar Fair got from the covid years, which is why they initiated the merge thing with Six Flags as both chains are in a similar situation.
@@slumpdogyt Dang and yeah, because it definitely was higher a couple years ago, but it just goes to show how fast something can change.
@@AngeloGiles yup this economy doesnt help anyone, however i think cedar fair will actually do better in a downturn of the economy due to them being one of the best value parks. It's hard to beat $100 season passes for unlimited visits. The season meal plan also probably brings them big business in the current economy. I mean for $200 for at least KD you get unlimited visits all season and up to 2 meals every visit which in my opinion is a great deal if you live within 2 hours from the park.
@@slumpdogyt Fr lol, the all park dining plan was only $160 which is a steal considering the $20 meals they charge lol

It's only worth it during haunt, memorial day weekend, 4th of July and some other summer days.
