Beekeeping... Harvesting a Queen Cell to Transfer to a Nucleus at Reds Bohemian Hillside

Beekeeping, to a large part, revolves around the Queen and her capabilities... We have captured a couple Swarms that do not have a Queen... So, we have attempted adding a frame of eggs/larva in the hopes the Swarm would "grow" a Queen... No luck so far...
So, we had a frame with several "Queen Cells" upon it and so we are taking a path to "Harvest" a Queen Cell and have placed them in "Mini-Nucs" to see if we can create a queen or two...
Doug Miller is also Mentoring myself and Sarah Martin in the "Art of Master Beekeeping"... Today, we focused on Larva and Eggs... (PS, Red is not the best speller, I think Larva is misspelled in the Video, not a surprise for those that know me well)...
