Thanks for the easy beginner level projects. I did this with air dry clay for 2 reasons: I had some laying around and it was a cheap lesson in technique. There is a difference between duplicate and replicate, and when the medium is not crucial, the end result is still the same: improvement. No need to reply. 😊
Really useful and simple video!) I will definitely make it at home. Could you please make a video about making kettle or a watering can? (Or it can be anything with a spout). Thank you so much!
i stared at the thumbnail of this video for like a full minute before I remembered that candle sticks are the things that HOLD the candles and you weren't making a full ass ceramic candle

nice and easy tutorial. I wonder how you keep ur working area so clean without clay dust.. :)
Thanks! My real studio is much messier ;) But it's important to keep the dust under control when working from home!
Can we use air dry clay for that. Thank you for sharing your vedio.
Yes, sure
@@PotterytothePeople thank you

hahah this is an issue for sure. people use that word for both things, ive realized.
If this shrinks in the kiln, will the candle still fit?
You see in the video I leave the candle loose to account for the shrinkage. When it's fired, it shrinks so the candle is tight.
