I just wanna say if you cant do this for whatever reason your other option is cardiovascular training.
Its the same principles, one you push your current physiological capabilities you will get through it with intense breathing.
If you need more info can look up "joggers high" or why joggers feel so good. But its really coming from your breathing and cardiovascular adaptations and ofc some endorphins but that would be happening here too.

That's just aging, the guys 65 years old lol. He also is in the sun alot so his skin may not be great. However you cant* really judge how hes doing internally. Looks way more capable then most 65 yo ive met, he seems more like an aged 45 yo.
Go look at him when he was younger he was a fit dude.

Alot of people have closed minds. I've been doing breath work for 4 years and it changed my life. I'm 61 and feel great emotional, mental and spiritual. I'm doing meditation and breath work tonight. 🙏
