Abs are like any muscle so progressively overloading on any ab crunch will build abs signficantly more visually. Along with leg raises for lower ab
It's ok ! You don't have to do the whole thing or go as long as She does for each move. Try only 5 second intervals and take breaks as often as you need ! Your body needs to get used to the workout and you Need to build up the Endurance for It.even Just going on walks should help a bit
For me it was the crab dips, I did day 2 Yesterday and it was better. But the first day my arms hurt sooo bad after crab dips, was like someone punched the back of my arms. I train arms on alernate days, like when I do glutes so they are stronger and its beneficial for workouts like this, because you get stronger.

You know that u already have abs under that fatttt belly, try HIIT, it will be more effective fr. Dancers already dance and practice so they have already hit their HIIT, they are doing ab workout to just tone it more. But if u try their ab tone workout u are fooling urself that u will get some abs. Try HIIT coz it already include all the toning with high sweating which will help you lose fat and get more defined overall body. HIIT- high intensity interval training Sorry, as a fitness enthusiast i got a little overboard with advice😂 But HIIT will definitely make u stronger. It can be hard for beginners but once you finish it, it will feel heavenly.😂
Chloe Ting's is more full body workouts, with a mixture of cardio and resistance training whereas Kazuha's one is more ab based :) Both are great but depends on what you're goal is! Kazuha is imo easier to do because it's a lot shorter, but if you enjoy cardio like myself, Chloe Ting has great options too! Feel free to mix it up and integrate both workouts throughout the week, see what you enjoy and how you feel after each workout! Hope that helps xx

Personally, as an obese PCOS patient, I've been dying to get a staple daily routine that doesn't take longer than 1 hour, but suitable & catered to my workout needs as pcos patient which usually incorporates low intense workout(?)

Yes! up to you, I would take a rest day though for me personally, but 7 minutes a day is a great investment to your body :)
