I have one important question.can you p ae answet it because i seem yo find it nowhere.. can we use this Arzopa portal monitor as a primary monitor for my mac mini m4
Our portable monitor can be connected to mobile phone. The cable connection methods vary among different device models. You can contact our customer service(support@arzopa.com) for confirmation of the specific details.
I purchased the ARZOPA 16-inch product. When I purchased the product, I was told during the product introduction that I could use it in portrait mode. I can't find portrait mode in the menu. Please tell me how to use portrait mode. thank you
We are glad to help you. Our monitors currently only support different display orientations when connected to a computer. Please set the display orientation in the computer's system display settings☺
@@arzopaofficial Thank you! I hope such model would get a greater popularity, given responsive touch layer and fair quality of the screen/battery. I'll wait patiently. :)
6:21 ports -- Touchscreen is not a feature -- As far as I have experienced or read, the Arzopa do not currently support touchscreen in any mode, mirrored nor extended. When in extended mode, a physical keyboard and mouse are required to interact with the app windows seen on the external Arzopa displays. These can be Apple input devices or another brand. They can be wired or wireless. - Please comment on the following notes: When Aspect ratios are not equal between the source and the external display: -- The Arzopa tend to be widescreen, its longer side versus its shorter side: expressed as a 16:9 aspect ratio. -- The iPad Pro M4, on the hand, has sides that are closer in measure to each other: an aspect ratio of 4:3. -- So, in mirrored mode, I see on the Arzopa that the iPad's mirror image sits centered into a space that matches the iPad's 4:3 aspect. RESULT is normal, black bars in the spaces beyond the mirror image on the widescreen's 16:9. -- This seems so for all resolutions 1080p or 4k or pixel count. -- However, if both have the same diagonal measure. I would guess that we might expect them to have the same aspect ratio and no black bars on the external display. I have not tried all of settings available from the OSD menu of Arzopa itself. Just like other displays, I see brightness, volume, HDR, etc. One that surprised me was an option for Widescreen. I wonder if there's a manual that fully explains all of the on screen display options. Like which takes priority, the iPad settings or the ones I set on OSD? If Set in OSD and not overruled by iPad, does Arzopa save to itself or is lost when display is powered off?
Yes, if the screen aspect ratio is different, our monitor will still display in full screen, but the displayed image will be stretched or shortened. Taking this into consideration, we launched the Z1RC, which is more suitable for Macbook users. The screen ratio of this portable monitor is 16:10, which perfectly restores the original computer screen ratio of MacBook and ipad. In addition to the Z1RC, the aspect ratio of all our portable monitors is 16:9, which is suitable for the normal screen ratio of most devices. Currently our monitors do not support the ability to save display options or adjust the screen's own aspect ratio. (This can only be adjusted through the display settings of a computer or other device) However, we can indeed provide a manual or video explaining all the screen display options based on your suggestion to guide more users who connect different devices to use our products.🤔
PS: i bought 2, the S1 (15.6" portsble) and the A1M (17.3" tabletop, kickstand), altogether on sale for less than $200. Although the screen is okay at 60Hz, I'm considering a third to have 144Hz and 109% sRGB.. Great display for all my devices because I do not have to worry about FreeSync or G whatevers.
Thanks for sharing your experience! 🎉 We're thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the S1 and A1M! If you’re considering upgrading to a 144Hz model, you’ll definitely love the enhanced smoothness and color accuracy. Our monitors are designed to work seamlessly with all your devices, making it easy to elevate your setup. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to ask! 😊
Wildly lost with these things. Not a single company can tell me which model will look the closest to my MBP’s while staying within my budget. It’s frustrating because who do you go to ask if not the “technical experts” on the phone or chat? I order from one company and monitor arrives defective. Rather than return I contacted the manufacturer because I felt that was the right thing to do. They wanted multiple videos covering all the settings and all angles of those settings…just to email me a shipping label? Then I wait however many weeks? I don’t know why they wouldn’t offer to ship a replacement with the label. Then everybody is happy. They actually did offer that after I told them I was returning the unit. Then they offered a discount if I wanted to repurchase one of their monitors. IS ARZOPA THE COMPANY I NEED?! This is a second monitor for my gaming livestream. I’ll never really game on it but it would be sick if I can edit basic video and general purpose stuff. Anybody out there that made it through my idiotic ramblings and has advice, send it! 😩🤢🤮 I have yet to look into Arzopa but idk if I can take any more disappointment 😩
Does this monitor automatically power on when a signal is detected via thunderbolt/USBC? Want to use it as a potential replacement for an iMac G4 LCD but it has to be able to turn on by itself.
good video, thanks for the quality of review. keep up the good work !
Thanks, will do!
Does it support daisy chain?
thanks a lot. very fun and informative
I got the S1 from you guys and so far it has been great. I wish you release OLED models soon

When used with Mac/Windows laptops, do the monitors need to be plugged in to a power source or can they get the power from the other device?
The laptop will power it

Can the Arzopa cooperate as a second display on a PC that also has another monitor as the system’s primary?
