Hey Zak, thanks for the new Video! I don't know if you've seen my comments on the last 2 videos but I'm giving you updates on my dog training, so I wanted to give you a mini update. My dog is doing much better now. We got her spayed on the 4th of November and ever since then, it was like a switch. Before, she was scared of dogs; now, she is giving play bows, and she loves the game chase! She is so quick at her turns, I think she would be the perfect playmate with inertia! She is better on leash and doesn't bark at dogs in the distance. Her recall is improving and she is staying like a pro!! Thank you Zak for helping me teach my dog, I hope to give you more updates soon, and I love the Shade series!
That gravel beach would be a nightmare with my dogs. I discovered they've been swallowing small pebbles and small slivers of glass (got it on xray) so they aren't even allowed in the yard off leash right now. On top of that, they keep *attacking* their own tails. The first thing the vet said (without ANY kind of exam, mind you) was "Sometimes they have a neurological disorder so we cut the tail off." When I pressed for other options, all I got was "You can try giving them prozac." Wish I could find a behaviorist or something to help. One is living with a cone that I can't take off of him. They are about to drive me completely insane.
I just found your channel. I do not have a dog right now (we recently lost our old golden) but we're considering one in the next year or two and your training vids have been very helpful. I've been watching a lot of them to help me prep. Thanks
Zak!! I always love how you keep it real especially on Instagram and I follow you on that but under a different name. Just wondering of any tricks and techniques I could use to get my mom more comfortable around dogs? She’s afraid of dogs cause she was bitten by one in India when she was growing up. She has gotten better and she has been around them in our house for brief periods, but when they wanna lick and jump on her, she does get scared and I get that. Is there any tips and tricks and you probably have a video lol
Hi! I have a Cane Corso, he is almost 3 months old and he won't stop biting me. As times go by it gets worst. I try to distract him with toys or training sessions, but I am his favorite chew toy. This is accentuated when I am not paying attention to him, such as watching TV, my cell phone or working on the computer. What could I do because I'm full of scratches.
@@carito2022 I would suggest AmericanStandardK9 YT videos or Solid K9 Training's live Q&A shows. Those channels specialize on difficult dogs. Positive only training isn't for a Cane Corso. I have a Corso/lab mix.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
What do you do to get a 6 to 7 month old puppy to drop a slice of bread dropped by a squirrel in his yard. Mine wouldn’t drop it. I tried to take it and she tried to bite!
I have a request for a new training issue . I can't find one video on my issue an im sure lots of people have the same problem . How do you teach your dog not to rub their nose all over the glass door when you walk out for a sec like to take trash out . Please help I'm so tired of cleaning dog slim off my glass doors every single day .please help !!!!!! Thank you so much
Nice dog, too similar to mine. I cant find treatsvhe likes though. Maddening. How can dogs work without treats ? He hates traffic and lunges . Thats annoying me most. Ideas?
Remember, the more the environment throws off a dog, the less likely they are to take treats. It’s important to have outings like this that allow them to adjust and make sense of the world and normalize it! Hang in there.
You can try working with your dog father away from the street traffic if possible. Then, slowly, over time, work your way closer to the street. Zak has some videos focusing on working distance.

Ha.. I tried barkbox.. those toys were junk .. it was all promotional stuff.. (the movie night box.. , the valentines box) ...Promoting the doritos brand.. my house looked like a promotional advertising place. not great quality. More for humans that dogs. The treats were not grain free. So that promotion plug was his way of getting $$ kickback. From the 6 months I had those boxes coming. Not oe toy was my dogg favorite. I was better off buying a bag of treats and one toy a month from Amazon...
Lovely to see another video from you. Enjoyed hope you are keeping well x
Thank you! You too!
You've helped so much in my dog's training through the years. She's now 8, and I gotta say without your videos, I would have struggled.

I have learned so much from you.
Shar is not a bad dog he's just a little guy who's learning.
So happy to see your video show up in my subscription feed!

Just might be the WORST dog toy commercial I’ve ever seen…

There are no bad dogs, just bad dog trainers like you.

The title of this video is ridiculous….like the rest of your nonsense.
No other clients Zak? Shade is over a year old by now? Slowest growing Cane Corso I've ever seen?
He has another GSD right now that he is training
@@kt2906No he’s not. Filming wrapped with that dog before they even left Alaska.
Nothing constructive so say? Nothing better to do?
@@Chris01494I would say that with 3.7 million subscribers he’s doing just fine.
