Thank you so much for the tips. I just happen to have a piece of peg board! I just finished my first barn quilt and drew the 1 inch squares over the 2’x2’ board. I thought there had to be an easier way! And... I used the interior samples from Lowes and was about to put a varnish on it and hang it outside on our building! You just saved my work! Inside she stays.
Do you generally put two coats of paint on it? Do you wait for the paint to dry before you take the tape off? And one more question lol is that tape sticky or not really sticky like the frog painters tape?
Hello. I just tried my very first barn quilt and the acrylic paint peeled off. It did not adhere to the wood. I was using Liquitex Basic. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!
