Happy new year! Honestly that comment made mine and Terry's day! We've only been making videos since August, so we think we're doing very well for such a short space of time!
I tried this watch in person a couple of months ago. It's quite striking. The normal blue Seamaster is a boyish blue, like a lego brick, this new colour tone is much more adult and masculine. I preferred the Planet Ocean though, less bulky, more comfortable, and the new gradient dial makes it look much exciting.
Thanks for a great review! First time watching your content, and I must say that it’s a crime that you don’t have more views and subscribers. I’ve subscribed, and am looking forward to more of your content.
Thank you so much! So pleased you enjoyed the video! We're definitely growing and have only been making videos since August so we're very very happy with our growth but they you so much for your kind words and sub!
Ha ha! In defence of the dive watch it also has a broader, still functional appeal. I don’t dive but I wear dive watches for things like SUP surfing and paddling b/c they’re overbuilt water watches that I’m confident are robust enough for my activities too
Yes saw this a few weeks ago, it is a stunning watch. The problem is the PO 600m in Summer Blue is as equally stunning if not more so and this is the one that is currently sitting on my wrist. My first modern Omega and I absolutely love it.
Not sure! This watch didn't belong to me, do I didn't get to test it properly and didn't get to scratch it either unfortunately. I'm sure the coating would hold up to a lot of punishment though
I’ve been wearing the SMP300 for a year now , I do all kinds of work with tool all the time, metal work, plumbing, carpentry, I never take it off, there’s no scratches on the crystal.
@@WatchYourselfJorgewhere can I find I formation on the new case back technology that aligns the Poseidon straight up and down? I can’t seem to find it anywhere, and I have seen some pics where it’s not aligned. Mine is slightly off center as well so it’s messing with my OCD lol
Honestly, It's not my favourite, and doesn't make the appeal of the white dial 300M any less in my eyes, but more variety is never a bad thing. You want black, blue, white, titanium, fume, two tone, stealth ceramic... there's a Seamaster for you. Great video nonetheless boys!
Sometimes you can have too many references and it makes the line up confusing. We like to call it choice paralysis, and Omega is certainly guilty of it.
Nice honest review; well done. You may have pushed me over the edge. My only hesitation was the size; I also have 6.5" wrists. Your dismissal of size as an issue was simple and therefore convincing.
@@WatchYourselfJorge I've never tried one on, but will very soon. My Omega dealer basically told me it wore very large and true to size, and that kind of put me off the SMP300. But I'm going to try one on the steel bracelet.
I absolutely love too!! I am debating in my Mind between this very watch and one of the LE Planet Ocean pieces. Like the “Save the Ocean Liquid Metal in a 42MM case. And the 60th anniversary 300m Seamaster… WHAT DO I DO!!!??? HELP
oooo its a super hard selection. I think if it were me Id do for the summer blue 300m. I just love the dial and the finish is impeccable. HOWEVER, you cant go wrong with any of your chocies!
1. Breitling Avenger II Seawolf 2. Seiko Prospex GMT 3. Mr Jones Perfectly Useless Afternoon Mechanical 4. G-Shock 5. Casio f91-W These are all the watches I actually wear! Don't really have any others I actually wear! I have my sister's old watch, and that's it!
Honestly a very good point. I reviewed the watch in a vacuum, as the watch is amazing. We film the videos on a very ad hoc basis, sit down and say what comes to mind and I got very swept away with how pretty it is. But they maybe should have done more with a ¾ of a century anniversary model...
This watch is beautiful! Happy new year. I cant believe you only have 500 subscribers! You definitely deserve more
Should easily be above a 20k channel. One of my favourite watch channels at the moment
They definitely should have thousands of subscribes!

The summer blue ultra deep is the coolest of the range I think... 👀

Spat my drink out at the way you said, 'and it's not Gwyneth Paltrow's head' HAHA!
I currently have no boxes with her head inside. Currently
Happy New Year Jorge and Terry. And what a cracking watch to start the year off with! I think it looks fantastic. Great review guys.
Thanks Colin! We were super happy to start the year with this one
So many dive watches but so few actual divers🤣 love the Se7en reference
Ha ha! In defence of the dive watch it also has a broader, still functional appeal. I don’t dive but I wear dive watches for things like SUP surfing and paddling b/c they’re overbuilt water watches that I’m confident are robust enough for my activities too
Se7ev is an AMAZING movie and it deserves many references!
Thanks for the great review! I actually would’ve liked to see the watch with the mustard NATO, I feel that strap color suits blue divers just right.
I like the bracelet and strap options they chose for it, I'd rather buy a £20 NATO to put on it! In fact I already have one!

I do love the PO too, the dial of the ultra deep summer blue is also amazing!
The snoopy is incredible. Very lucky to try it on
I am! It was at an AMAZING sales conference at the Royal Academy of Arts and I loved it
Hi, what about the AR coating, is it noticeable when it get scratched and is it possible to polish it off? Thanks!
Not sure! This watch didn't belong to me, do I didn't get to test it properly and didn't get to scratch it either unfortunately. I'm sure the coating would hold up to a lot of punishment though

That Poseidon caseback really is something else!
It's stunning! Done in such fine detail as well
It’s sad that something so beautiful is hidden to the world

I love white dials more than black but that. Black Black seamaster is so beautiful to me

Beautiful watch, my wrist are too skinny tho so i can't buy it 😭
But it wears so small! Also, I still can't believe Keith chegwin watches our channel 😉
@@WatchYourselfJorge It's fits you well, but I have extremely skinny wrists. All the big names watch your channel, you just don't know 😉
@@keithchegwin1222 oh damn. Like who? You have my interest now, Cheggers! Does Bruce Forsyth?
@@WatchYourselfJorge No Bruce doesn't, Les Dennis does tho

Definitely try it on first, but I have 6½ inch wrists and I LOVE the fit and feel. It wears smaller than the size would suggest

gorgeous watch
A REAL stunner! What a dial it is

I wanted this watch but couldn't afford it so I bought a similar watch I fell in love with - the Seiko "Great Blue" king samurai SRPJ93.
Great choice! Enjoying it?
Good review! Love the blue! I have the white dial and love it too! ❤
Thank you! This blue is my personal fave but the white dial is absolutely great as well!
OG Omega 2531.80 is lighter, about 165gr.
Great colour, love it. But first the green one, then this one.😊
The green is super cool! Perfect shade of green imo
Great video guys! What a box for a great watch!
Cheers man! It really is a great watch!
Mary want's to know how many watches you currently own?
1. Breitling Avenger II Seawolf
2. Seiko Prospex GMT
3. Mr Jones Perfectly Useless Afternoon Mechanical
4. G-Shock
5. Casio f91-W

Beautiful beautiful beautiful
I know I am ;)
A lovely watch but a bit vanilla for such a milestone for the company don't you think Jorge? 75th anniversary should be a big deal...

What a stunner
Agreed!!
Too flashy and shiny
Fair enough! It is very shiny for a diver. Personally I think it looks great
Yes, but the Rolex is so obviously superior.
"The Rolex" which one, my dude? And superior in what way?
