nah if all 9 of em work part time retail or minimum waged jobs from 16 to 18 they'll each earn at least 20k, 20k x 9 = 180k, then plus the parents college savings, which is probably 40-60k, that's 220k-240k, which if all 9 want to get a bachelors degree ( 4 years ) it should cover a good portion of everyones tuition. .. that is if they aren't going to Harvard of course.
