I have all my Airbnb properties in a fantastic location in my city, but find myself having to lower my prices in other to compete with properties in terrible area. Usually the guest have zero knowledge of good or bad area until they arrive at the property. How can i highlight the location my properties .

Airbnb doesn’t clean, its host’s responsibility to do all operations, airbnb is just a website
