And there is a question that I want to ask , one of the issues, that I have is , how do host highlights and promote the location of their property to a prospective guests? I have all my Airbnb properties in a fantastic location in my city, but find myself having to lower my prices in other to compete with properties in terrible area. Usually the guest have zero knowledge of good or bad area until they arrive at the property. How can i highlight the location my properties .

Regarding airdna- do we have to have subscription? I tried but its not showming me any data, and there is only annual fee, not monthly fee, if I want to just use one month how should i go?

Airbnb doesn’t clean, its host’s responsibility to do all operations, airbnb is just a website
