Hi, I'm thinking of buying a drum saber, I would like to know which drum sander is better, this Powermatic 22-Inch or the superMax 25-50? I will greatly appreciate the information
Both are great machines and you really couldn't go wrong with either one. One thing worth mentioning is the Powermatic has a 5-year warranty, and the Supermax has a 2-year warranty.
@@CraftSuppliesUSA Thank you very much, I appreciate your help, I will buy the SuperMax to avoid having problems with the digital system in the powermatic sander, since I will import it to Mexico and it would be chaos to have to change the machine already being imported.
I bought a first generation variable speed drill press and it was a piece of crap, base was cracked when I got it,Morse taper kept falling out till we hand lapped, chuck seized after a week, switch went after a year, clutch assembly seized and had to be disassembled and greased and the plastic pieces on the table extension broke . Taiwanese junk, never again would I buy Powermatic, used to be proud to be made in the USA,not anymore!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
Grizzly is the SAME story. They just did us filthy dirty on a G1023 table saw. Absolutely hands down the WORST piece of equipment we've ever had the misfortune of seeing, let alone paying good money for.

Bring back Laguna tools already, pretty please.
Curious why the jet version offers oscillation, but the Powermatic version doesn't..... and Powermatic owns Jet.
We don't know the correct reason(s) both don't offer oscillation. Please call them at 1-800-274-6846
I was hoping for a review. This is an advertisement.
