A lot of artists can sing sad songs and make you feel it but only George Jones can rip your heart out!
You know it. George and Hank Sr. Are my absolute favorites.
The cold hard truth has slapped me before!!
I love jamie O'Hara and george jones. Such a beautiful song. ❤
New channel member. Great reactions; not the typical lines that most other reactors give.
Wow! Don, what a week of great music. Another great Jones song from the 1999 album of the same name. A tremendous well written song, great reaction/rating. What else can you say it is George Jones simply the best.
The King of traditional country music, he knew how to turn lyrics. I’m proud he hails from my hometown TX
This song is painful. I've been the one who lost it all. I was young and immature. I still find immature traits within myself. James O'Hara wrote this. He died in January, 2021.
I did not know Jaime O'Hara passed last year!! R.I.P Jaime
Wow new to the channel and so far can't stop listening. I am a big George Jones fan and never heard this before..Thanks so much, loved it
Don it's a possum hit and it is awesome and it has a good one to hear again another great pick Don 🤠
Legend
I love this song.
Jamie O'Hara , the writer also Grandpa ztell Me. By the Judds
Rip possum. 🐐
The world was truly blessed with George Jones's presence
One of my all time faves --- so well done by George, what a classic! Thanks again Don!
What’s not to love about a self-aware man? A self aware super-star that means what he says? A unicorn. That’s why we love George. He felt it with us.
Do thanks again for an outstanding selection. I f I may bare a bit of my old soul songs such as this are often very applicable to a majority of the people that listen to and enjoy them. Roughly 25 years ago I looked into the mirror and I realized that I was living this song, needless to say the reflection was not what I wanted to see.
It is never too late to grow up and accept responsibility for one’s actions. The thought of accepting and apologizing turned out to be much harder than the actual process. God Bless everyone.
another great song is Hank Williams you wrote my life by Moe Bandy. Iv'e looked and there is no one that has done a reaction to it. Think You would like it. Love your content

GJ was and still is the best!
💘 George All ways and forever
Here's the original by the excellent songwriter Jamie O'Hara - ruclips.net/video/6BI-kG7XMiw/видео.html (To the George Jones fans unfamiliar with Jamie, please give it a listen.)
Not sure if you got the answer from the comments from when this was uploaded originally, but this was written by Jaimie OHara, same guy who wrote 50,000 Names, also sung by George.
❤❤❤❤❤
I actually prefer the version sung by the writer, Jaime O’Hara. It is a great version. Jaime also wrote 50,000 Names. He was also half of the great duo, The O’Kanes.
Agree with you on this one!
Songwriters: Jamie O'hara
Jamie O'Hara wrote this and recorded it but Jones made it a hit. Jamie also wrote 50,000 Names also recorded by Jones.
From what I read George wrote this after his last accident he got banged up pretty bad. Because of that accident he quit drinking
George didn't write the song. It was written and recorded by Jamie O'Hara of the O'Kanes.
Please watch the original video of this song with real people. It will get to you much harder with the visuals
Randall King. Around forever.
Could you react to waylon jennings I can't keep my hands off of you
