Thank you. This just worked for me on a Phonak Audeo M hearing aid. When the light came on it was solid green. It was discharged when I put it in the charger last night. So, it did charge. But the light wasn't turning on.

Hi Andrea, there is a software update that your Marvels may not have had yet. If you call your clinic and book an appointment they will be able to do it for you. They might even be able to do it remotely as well since their office might be closed due to the pandemic. The hearing aids are basically little mini computers so just like when your phone or computer start glitching the first thing you do is restart them. This is known as a hard restart. After the software update it might not happen again. If it does, you now know what to do! Have a great Sunday and stay safe! Jennifer :)
a few times waking up to a dead hearing aid... after verifying the light was blinking the night before... found it was a poor connection in the socket, the metal strips had white corrosion on them... Scraped them clean with a tiny flat blade screwdriver and it's working good now. Hope this helps someone.

Hi ,thank you so much, my hearing aids would not turn on after I charged them so I held it down for 15 seconds and then put it back in the charger and it worked. However when I'm in a rush and want to charge for only 15 mins, it won't turn on and I have to charge it fully. Would you know the reason why?
Hi Zra, when the hearing aids start glitching on a regular basis it might be because your aids need a software update. You should go and see your clinic and ask them about it. Do you have the app on your phone? If so, look at your charge (on the app) before and after you put them on the charger and see if it changed. The phone app will show you how much of a charge you have. You don't have to keep them on the charger to complete a full charge. Hi, I have both hearing aids model Audeo P90-R, yesterday one of my hearing aids suddenly stopped working. The left hearing iad was turn on but do not send any sound, adn the microphone is not working. What do I have to do?
Is there any reason as to why it does this? I had my hearing aid in the charger for 2 days, no light. I was freaking out, then saw your video and it works. I have a solid green, but curious to if it's fully charged. Only reason I ask, is it will not connect to my app on my phone, but will bluetooth to everything else on my phone. So I am unable to see the battery life.

Excellent! HOWEVER... I have flashing YELLOW lights and occasionally get a solid RED light!?! Nowhere can I find a guide to these other color meanings!
The red lights mean there is 0-10% charge, the yellow light means there is 11-80% charging, green light flashing is 81-99% and solid green is 100% charge.
Mine are just a year old; the left one does not light up in the charging station; I tried your solution; nothings changed... the left hearing aid still does not light up. So what next? ps. while it does not light up, according to my phone app, it is fully charged! Thanking in advance for any direction.
Hi Peter, make sure your charger is working. There is a green light at the back that should be on when plugged in. If you do not see a light then you may need a new charger. If there is a light then your hearing aids may need a software update and your clinic will be able to help you with that. Unfortunately, remote services cannot do an update so you will have to go into the clinic. Good luck!

Try it again for 45 seconds, but put it on the opposite side of the charger. If it doesn't work, you must contact your hearing health professional. Phonak will repair aids for up to 5 years (for a fee). Good luck!
Randy Ruble I didn’t even know there was a light back there until 2 weeks ago! It should be a solid green. Take it to your clinic and Phonak will most likely replace it free of charge. Also, I’m not sure how old your charger is but they upgraded them and are offering free replacements.
Randy Ruble yes, but the charger could still be an older version. It’s very rare to have a problem with the charger but it does happen. It happened to me 2 weeks with a unitron charger and that’s how i became aware of the small green light. Your clinic should replace it for you.
