This worked as shown, just be sure you have the correct size "tool" to press into the reset hole. I used a small paperclip. Thanks for the tip!

Thank you so much!!!. I thought I've lost my charger. In my case there were no light bars at all.

It might be a hardware problem or a software update. In either case, you should go back to the clinic where you bought them.
