I'm going to Costco next week for hearing aides. They have the Phillips 9040, Jabra pro 20 and Rexton. Which would you recommend for overall performance in general? My big problem like most people is hearing in noisy environments and after reading Consumer Reports on hearing aides they say that none of the hearing aides tested were very good in noisy environments. Would love your feedback on this. Thanks.
I have had Miracle Ear meenergy r 4 xp hearing aids for about 3 years. I wear them every day mostly inside so moisture and salt are not much of an issue. I have noted recently that while all of the components of my hearing aid works that the length of the charge seems to be less than the full charge I use to get. Charger lights work. When I put my hearing aids in the charger they are usually yellow then green and charge within 3 hours in an enclosed case. I also have a surge protector on my outlets. When I go to bed at 8 PM and put them in the charger they are yellow. Seems as though they should last at least until 10 PM. Note: I do get up early but they still do not make it 20 hours. Is this a battery issue? Sound in one ear sounds like it is stopped up and that was the better of the two hearing aids.
I seems to have a broken wax filter in one of Phonak rechargable hearing aids. I cannot change the filter as the old will not come out and new will not go in. How can I get the broekn filter all the way out?
My mum is having this issue only one of her aids is charging she’s only had them for two months . She cleans them everyday and is not hearing properly. Should I attempt to clean the charging station like you did I. This video. Many thanks
I saw a different video. My hearing aids were dead. no lights at all. I held the down volume button on the HA for 60 seconds, then returned them to the charger and waited another 30 seconds and then the lights came back on.. I guess they were in "storage mode"
You missed one more option - check the aids have not gone into ‘shipping mode’ by pressing down on the rocker switch for at least 15 seconds before putting them back in the charger …
I apparently had to plug it into a different charger wire because for some reason they keep going dead the left one always goes dead I set it in the charger case perfectly and it goes dead
Mine does that to! It’s supposed to turn green real quick then stay on red. That indicates it’s charging. Wait till it turns green, that means it’s fully charged!

Should I turn my Phonak m90r aid off if not using it for a long period, and not in the charger.

replaced batteries and hearing aid blinking red, not charging

My right hearing aid will not charge in the charger.
My left one won't charge at all there's no light on the left one at all

Solid red light no flashing tried rebooting with no change. When replacing in charger there is a single quick green flash then solid red.
