Great tips! I've had my Phonak Pardise 50's for over a year now, but the service I get from United Healthcare leaves a lot to be desired! I recently did visit a local ENT and they assistant did figure out that my power cord was defecive and gave me a new cord. For now that seems to solve the charging problem. I'm surprised that Dr. Cliff Ott hasn't mentioned this one on RUclips! Thanks for sharing.

This is exactly what I needed to do. My hearing aid just went dead. I couldn't get it to work. Last I saw was it had 12 percent charge. It's now charging. Thanks for the video.

It's like rebooting a computer. Will restart with your program settings in tact.

Hold the volume down button for 15 seconds, then place back into charger to reset.

Press and hold and reset it for 15 to 30 seconds. Then pop it back in the charger.

When I install the hearing aid in the charger the green light comes on briefly then it turns red. I have left it in the charger for two days. And it stays red and doesn’t turn on. I have tried the reboot several times. Still not working. Can you suggest something else. Thank you
