Martin Short is not only very funny, but a superb actor. The inflection in every line, the timing, the richness of his character. Plus, he's freaking LIVE, reading lines from cue cards, the book and his memory, plus, he's freaking ENJOYING every single minute of it.

I feel like Fred wasn't supposed to be in the sketch and only came in during the live show to throw off Bill. Looks like Bill gets confused and looks over at his cue card or maybe Lorne.
88thStreet I could have watched another ten minutes of the three of them ad-libbing the rest of the sketch as Bill washes her ‘Judy Dench’. Also, I feel like the royal Butthole should have had a few more names.

Watching Bill Hader try not to break character has me in pieces, it's hilarious. And watching the others trying to get him to break character is too much. This has given me a much-needed laugh.
The accents are better than I thought they would be, Martin's is a bit theatrical and Bill's is old fashioned but pretty good. Also "hello, fancy meeting you here" cracked me right up :)
