Belushi for sure. His Cocker was great.
Maybe just play the skits, SHUT UP and wrap up with a summary at the end. I couldn't make it through the second skit.
Well when you don’t show much of the impression, how are we supposed to come to a conclusion?
You spoke more than the actual impressionists.
Please just shut up!!!!
Way too much talking over the impressions. 😢
well if you want MsMojo's channel shut down for copyright infringement for unauthorized use of video clips then go ahead let her not talk
@@user-ix1rp9ff3pthat would be a massive improvement
Or describing how amazing the next scene is, and then not showing what she just described.
I agree with you. She tells you the best part. But you don’t get to hear it. She didn’t need to talk so much.
Right on! Show us the funny. We don't need the explanations!
How about showing the actual clips instead of taking over the whole thing
They did show the clips.
Copyright.
I love how the host describes the greatness of the impressions, while not letting you hear the impressions that are being teased in the background.
How annoying was that? A program about the host!
Yes I'm stopping after 2 mins - life's too short to listen to someone explain the comedy you're about to watch - how gauche.
They talk about how great the impression of Jennifer Aniston was even being in sync with her, yet you don’t show it. GEEZ!
I had to quit watching. Let the clips SPEAK for themselves. Too much commentary.
Same.
Yup. Me too.
I can't watch this. Why do we need a host wasting our time with what we can see and hear with our own eyes. Just show the clips!
You should probably just stop watching Mojo Top 10s. Thats their thing. You have only yourself to blame. No sympathy.
It's about copyright issues
Yes! I listen to a bit of it, and if anything is interesting I have to make a youtube search for the actual videos. If I weren't playing this in the background, I would not have the patience for it. Still it helps us find those gems we might have missed.
I'm disappointed they didn't actually show the Anistons in stereo like they did with the Seinfelds and the Cages.
It's INCREDIBLY hard to believe they have over 5 million subscribers. And yet they do. That shows how crazy RUclips is.
"Dueling Cockers" remains one of my favorite SNL skits ever, especially since I saw it in real time. Cheers....
The Walken Family reunion has always been one of my all-time favorite sketches! Amy Poehler is HILARIOUS! 😂
I remember the skit with Norm McDonald as Bob Dole with Bob Dole as himself. It was hilarious!
One of the best cameos ever. Bob Dole was such a good sport.
Norm was talented. He is missed.
And Norm and Tommy Lee! 👌🏼
Bob Dole wouldn't do that. That's not something Bob Dole does!😹
Barry Gibb Talk Show is gold
the fact that they made note of Nicolas Cage wanting to play in every film ever made had me rollin.. there for a while he was pulling 5 films a year.
John Belushi's Joe Cocker impression. Hands down.
Adam Sandler doing Eddie Vedder will always be my favorite!
The best thing with Trebek himself coming out without trousers in a Tournament of Champions.
Where's Keenan Thompson as Charles Barkley (with Charles Barkley as Magic Johnson?) That was hilarious!
Man - NAILED it again! I was holding out for Walken, but kept thinking Cocker, Palin, and Hillary could take it… I’d forgotten about Reno! SOOOOO many to choose from. Great collection, MsMojo!
The episode with Mike Myers impersonating Mick Jagger failed to mention Mick Jagger's EXCELLENT impression of Kieth Richards!
You missed it then they clearly say mick is doing keith
He was more lifelike than the real thing.
I was watching live the night that Joe Pesci and Deniro went on stage. That was completely epic.
No one gonna talk Bernie and Larry David?
I thought that would be #1.
There will have to be a #30.
The absolute BEST ONE EVER
Now I have to watch these on the snl channel so i can enjoy them!
You missed off Bill Hader doing John Malkovich, with John arguing with Bill claiming he doesn’t sound like that and Bill clapped back saying “Yes, yes you do. You sound exactly like that!”
Edit: also Bill doing Robert De Niro to his face and then tricking him into saying “you talking to me?” Which Robert refuses to do because he gets asked all the time to do the line.
That exact John Malkovich scene is one of my fave moments!!
@@PyChick Mine too and was wondering why it hadn’t made this list because it’s one of the most watched and popular videos on SNL’s channel that’s why I mentioned it along with the Robert one where Bill managed to trick him into saying one of his most famous movie lines ever, and Bill has been the only person outside the director of that movie who has gotten Robert to say that line because he point blank refuses to say it for anyone because he’s always getting asked to say it.
And it’s a shame that we’ll never see Bill playing Vinny ever again because he said that he was once @tck by an Italian woman who wasn’t happy with how he was speaking because her husband speaks and sounds exactly the same way Bill does as Vinny. And it was that character that actually started his career!
I’m also glad that he’s changed his mind about not doing Stefon anymore (which I hope he does at some point changes his mind about not playing Vinny anymore!) because again some people who aren’t part of the LGBTQ+ community went after him for it because they deemed it offensive, so he put out a statement saying that he was no longer going to play that character anymore until the actual LGBTQ+ community got involved especially the G part and told him that they love the character and pleaded with him not to retire the character of Stefon which Bill then put out another statement saying he’s changed his mind and would continue to play him.
Same thing with the small people community, they didn’t have a issue with him calling them the M word and they not only actually found it funny, but they also actually dress up as some of the things he called them for fancy dress parties and Halloween. He actually gave them a lot of different costume ideas with what he called and described them as instead of the usual costumes that everyone wears. It was people who aren’t part of the community that had a issue with it which is why he 🛑ped using the M word when referring to them, which is actually the funniest part of the characters breakdown of places and people in the NYC nightlife scene!
These people need to mind their own business and worry about their own community instead of sticking their nose in to other communities that’s nothing to do with them! If the people who are part of the communities that he’s talking about have an issue with him then fair enough it’s between them and Bill like with the Italian women who @tcked him over Vinny. (And she’s the only person that we know of that has an issue with that character of Bill’s just because her husband sounds and talks exactly the same as Vinny according to what she told Bill after she 👋🏾ped him in public when he was in NYC once!) nobody else from the Italian community had an issue with Bill playing that character.
These woke people need to give their heads a wobble and leave him alone, because he’s not being malicious or me@n when he plays these characters, he’s doing it as comedy! 🙄🤦🏾♀️
Number 1 is Eddie Murphy as Stevie Wonder singing. This skit is from the 80s and still gets talked about....Eddie was the best.
I cannot believe I forgot about Will Ferrell's Janet Reno impression, but I suppose I ought to add in that I also forgot that Janet ever existed. I haven't heard her name mentioned in more than two decades.
It's not a well-known sketch, but David Spade impersonated Michael J. Fox in front of the man himself. Fox was so close to breaking with laughter which drove Spade right up to the line himself.
andy samberg doing nic cage always kills and the both together was amazing
They were not Beyoncé. They were her backup dancers.
Tina Fey, John Belushi, Dave Matthews ❤️
No Dana Carvey as Dennis Miller, babe?
The narrator in this video is really in love with the sound of her own voice! But, so happy for two seconds of impressions each
That's so damn fun. . . all of them. With the ups and downs SNL remains so great.
You forgot Bill Hader as Lindsey Buckingham
Joe Piscopoe and Eddie Murphy as Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder😂
The best part of the Stevie Wonder/Eddie Murphy one was at the end when Eddie said "Ya still suck, man". The best parts were cut out.
🎵Girl, you talk to much… you never shut up! 🎶
Snl is a timeless show!!! Been watching since the 80s!!! 😂
7:23 Joe Cocker - John Belushi by FAR the best!
Abby as Zooey for me but, John as Joe is classic!
Andy as Nick Cage is spot on! I couldn’t tell the difference with my eyes closed!!
Again, thanks for letting me know who/what was funny on SNL - I wouldn't have noticed otherwise.
Nic Cage is the king of not breaking kayfabe. He's Nic Cage! He's always on 24/7!!
Number one was exactly what I thought it would be!!!😆😆
It's nice to imagine that the war criminals being parodied are human for a moment.
This is pretty great! I love MsMojo!
I always LOVED the Sean Connery and Burt Reynolds acts on Celebrity Jeopordy. And Where is the BEING John Malccovic impersonations by Bill Hater?
OMG this is great! I loved it.
Another super video!!! Love it!!! Asking which one we like best is like asking which song or ice cream flavor do you like best. I have 100 favorite songs and hard to pick just one ice cream flavor!! Hahaha!! But I did LOVE the Tina Fey/Sarah Palin impersonations!!! She was AMAZING!!!!! Happy weekend!!! 😎
Suggestion! Make that a demand! Please intro before, play the clip, then recap!
I cannot argue with the acts you featured, especially the Adam Sandler and Christopher Walken bits, but I wish you had included Jimmy Fallon's "Old Man" performance when Neil Young showed up next to him and they finished the song as a duet.
Unbelievably great.
Imho, Tina Fey as Sara Palin is number 1. She did Sara better than Sara herself. 😂
I honestly couldn't tell the difference!
14:05 Yay! I cannot find a clip of this, except for a very short one, here on YT. Thanks!
I can think of at least 10 other impressions that were amazing. That just shows how talented the SNL cast was at doing them. My favorite not on the list: Ben Stiller as Tom Cruze (Tom Cruise's stand-in).
Thank you, Dr Dray! Couldn’t quite bring myself to try the snail mucin but ordered the 1004 Serum and can’t wait to try it--thank you! Love your videos and have learned sooo much from you❣️You are awesome❣️Love your vlogs and really happy for your new house. God bless you!❤
Christopher Walken 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Mike Myers’s as Mick Jagger was hilarious
I would think a list like this could have the information of when each clip originally aired si people can find them
There was also the Cold Open when Vanessa played Miley's innocent Disney self at the Infamous Grammy Awards just before Miley as her new wilder self was to go on and tried to convince her not to as it would have horrible consequences.😊
You talk too much
You worry me to death
You talk too much
You even worry my pet
You just taaaaaaaaaaalk
Talk too much!
Excellent list but what about Larry David as Bernie Sanders getting an honorable mention? Not a straightforward impersonation, but it deserved mention. Vanessa as Rachel Green was the most delightful for me❤️
Great content! I would have liked it even more with less commentary and more of the clips. 💜
Am I having Deja vu? Wasn't this done already?
I'm Walkin' to bar ..
😂
Hell agreed 😂
Whenever this would happen I would go nuts. The one with Nicholas Cage kills me🤣🤣🤣😮
Best is Will Farrell doing Red Hot Chili Peppers Drummer
Happy saturday morning, Rebecca, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well
Im Walken!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
So what you're telling me with this list is that SNL ran out of ideas years ago and they just repeat the same skits time and time again.
Before I even watch, I think Nic Cage is going to be #1.
Loved this!!! Thank you my friend 😊
Stevie Wonder and joe cocker were my favorites
Never ever smoke salvia. I spent 300 years in Hells waiting room with nothing to watch but my life flashing before my eyes on a large glass cube on a giant wooden table. It really sucked.
Abby Elliott's impression of Zooey must have been a Bear to pull off. I'll see myself out.
How is Maya Rudolph's Beyonce isnt on this list? Justin's Jimmy Fallon is funny hahah lol!
No Dueling Brandos (John Belushi and Marlon Brando)?
Hader/Malkovich
This shows that the impersonations from the earlier casts seem far superior to the newer. The only more recent one that that seems spot on was the fella impersonating Jim Carey. IMHO!
100% agree with #1
I love judge Judy 😄
Abby Elliott did a good Meryl Streep too
No mention of the weekend update with 3 Dennis Millers?
This was fun.
Tina fey as Sarah Palin is the best!
Honorable Mention, Fred Armisen As Prince!
You talk about Jennifer Aniston and Vanessa Bayer saying what at the exact same time but don't show it. How dumb 👎🏼
💯percent
Completely destroyed the video by talking over it.
I'm guessing you've never heard of watch mojo then before now LOL
And the jerry lewis impression?!!!
Jerry Seinfeld was perfect
Tina wins hands down as Palin
It's like presenting a PowerPoint but putting a whole lot of information on the damn slides 😢
******HILARIOUS All!
Totally agree this is absolutely unwatchable with the host in the background
Rumor is that Stevie Wonder is not blind? Stevie Wonder uses sunglasses because the bright lights bother him while performing. Soon people assumed he was blind, maybe because of Ray Charles? Stevie never corrected the assumption that he was blind?
Mrs. Mojo, do I have to keep bringing this up until you FINALLY do it? Fine, can you please, please, please, please, please, please do a full list of Actors Bill Paxton who died in 2017 and you guys don't or didn't talk about his movies like you've done for other famous celebrities and he's an Actor too just like anyone else but maybe you should do a full list of his SON Actor James Paxton who is becoming an Actor in his own right and clearly doesn't get enough recognition or attention in my eyes, so if you did a list of both Actors to boot their popularity? That would make me very happy.
😅 Andy, your Nick Cage impression sounds like my dearly departed Bill Paxton from when he was in Aliens 😂❤
You're dogmeat, pal
Did anyone remember andy did an impression of marky mark in marky mark talking to animals?
Tina and Tina look identical
Joe Cocker had cerebral palsy
Jerry once told Jimmy on The Tonight Show that his impression sounds like "Me from the 80's".
No Moshing!!!
