Well most of the other legends from SNL had other things that they were famous for. Kenan is famous for SNL only, which makes him the king of the show. At least in the modern day.

I love "What's up with that?". My favorite show.
We honestly just need to take a moment to really appreciate Kenan. He’s been a comedian for decades without any scandals, he still looks like hes in his 20s, hes carried SNL on his back for ages, and hes just genuinely hilarious in literally everything he does. This man gives off such good vibes and is always able to make me laugh and smile, no matter how shitty my day was.

Kenan Thompson is so clutch on SNL. He can do it all. He is the glue of that cast. Glad he got his own show but is still doing SNL. I give him and Chris Redd a lot of credit for doing "Kenan" in L.A. during the week and taking a flight back to NYC to do SNL on Saturday's.

I saw in an interview that when an SNL skit wasn't getting much laughs the director would zoom in on Kenan and just seeing him and the look on his face would make the audience laugh. They said they try not to rely on that. Their goal is for the writing to be funny on it's own. He is definitely the go to guy on the show.

For the record: adrenochrome, if hypothetically taken regularly as some kind of treatment, would probably AGE you because of what it is and how it works in the body.
It's only real use is to encourage blood clotting. And it's not even much used for that.
Getting adrenochrome from blood or a human body would be preposterously hard, especially when humans have known how to make it synthetically for a long time by artificially producing adrenaline and then oxidizing it.

Kenan Thompson, one of the most funny comedians around. I love his mischievous grin he sports when doing a comedy skit on SNL. It really makes his comedy stand out. Some of his comedy looks extremely complicated too me, and he executes it like a real talented pro, no hesitations, no mistakes, just pure talent.
Keenan is definitely a national treasure all our lives are so much better for him being in it

Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell were the first celebrities I ever met in person. Nickelodeon Studios Florida 1997. That blew my mind to see them with my own eyes they were the biggest actors in the world as far as I was concerned at that time haha

Most of what is funny about Kenan is in his facial expressions and voice nuances. He's brilliant in a way that is very subtle. But that sort of comedy is difficult.

He's absolutely hillarious but you think he deserves that title honor over just a random few off the top of my head.....The KING of it all in Jim Carey (sure hosting counts lol) of course, then there is Chris Farley, Kristen Wiig, Will Ferrel, Bill Hader, Eddie Murphy, Dan Akroyd, Bill Murray, Chevy Chase, Mike Myers, Jane Curtain, Dana Carvey, Norm MacDonald, Phil Hartmen, Tina Fey, Chris Rock, etc....damn, I even suprised myself at just how many of the legends of comedy came directly as a result of shows like SNL, Mad TV, SCTV, and In Living Color, etc.....but SNL leads the pack by far and with those names above alone, and I am overlooking so many more SNL Legends I didn't mention like Seth Myers and Jimmy Fallon and Kate McKinnon and Martin Short **finally takes a breath after his tangent** Keenan is awesome and hasn't been with SNL as long as he has because he isn't as funny and belong in that list of names with the rest......but you think "he" deserves that honor? I was actually trying to figure out someone who I personally thought deserves it and the truth is I kind of can't, as a biased loyal Canadian fan of SNL I will say Mike Myers, no logical reason behind it besides being Canadian is cool eh. All that said, appears meaningless for me to have said as I found a way to actually agree with you instead......right now, in the present day cast of SNL he does own that 'Kenan & Them.' honor :D

Kenan is not a stand-up, he is a great comedic actor. Would love to see him challenge himself though.
Love me some Keenan but I don’t think he could pull it off he don’t do stand up and is too used to other people writing for him. Not that there aren’t other writers helping out ppl Dave Chappell or Chris Rock but they do most of their own jokes and I think that’s what makes the difference.
