Jason, never stop your joy dancin'. It always gives me a laugh. We didn't have dancing when I was growing up, but I secretly did the "twist" with Chubby Checker back in my day,ha! Joy comes in many forms, as does dancing. Our church has changed the wording of their position on dancing since I was a kid. They now frown on the forms that break down the proper barriers between the sexes, like the stuff our daughters’ school didn’t want the kids doing(dirty dancing). I don’t really want to dance, but have always enjoyed watching those that enjoy doing it. You can really tell that Jason enjoys what he is doing.

I have loved gardening for nearly all of my 75 years and the "rain at night" remark was a memory for me. I was about 12 with a garden and it rained at night nearly every night for 2 weeks and it was so perfect. I never forgot those 2 weeks of perfection weather.
I agree. When it rains at night I sleep better. When I wake up to a new day everything is fresh and clean. The land gets a good drink and beauty can grow. 🌱

I wondered what happened, but I didn’t want to whine cause I was still getting so much weekly happiness from y’all’s channel.
I’ve been stuck inside for several years now with a combination of tendon issues, fibromyalgia and vertigo. I used to be so independent and busy.
Every day I see or listen to one of your channels I get a brief smile to my face. Please keep dancing. Brooke please keep talking and sharing your side of your family’s adventures. You’ve had some awesome knowledge I learned from and hope to continue to do so.

Love the dances! They make me smile and helps me have a more positive attitude. Keep on being you! Records are permanent. Just not used against you as a youth! Records are public. You might could get copies. But things that old are not usually on computer. So might or might not be able to get them. If charges where dropped I don’t understand why you still had to go to court. But I’m in Texas so laws could be a little different. Only if you where underage would the records be sealed to protect the youth.

Yes, we have the same here where I live to along with them painted like, pigs, watermelon, bumblebee. etc. Definitely makes it stand out but in a pretty way. 🐄🐖🍉🐝🌻😎

Jason, Your dancing is what got me watching Cog hill. I use to dance with a dance studio. I fell in love with the animals and your families love and care of the animals. You guys are fun to watch. In a way your family reminds me of ours growing up. My parents were always helping injured birds a turtle and even a baby raccoon caring for them until they were well enough to release. We are down from 107 degrees now at 77!! Blessing relief from heat Abilene, TX …….but we only got a slight sprinkle, there is rain to north and to the south….huh! We had the fire, which is 58% contained Mesquite fire, still no rain! We are gun shy! The last significant rain we got here at my house was November 2021. I’m Gonna have to strip down and do a old fashion rain dance!💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

The Mennonites in my area use the black fabric in their huge gardens and it is amazing to see. They have such beautiful plants and no weeds coming up through the fabric. They have produce markets and you never get disappointed in anything they grow.

I never realized where the name Cog Hill name came from. I thought it was to do with a Cog making things go. Without the Cog, things stop. A farm can never stop.
Jason keep dancing. I love it. Lifts my day. I was a CB'er! My handle was Dictionary because my last name was Webster. lol We used to have CB Coffebreaks where all of us would meet up so we got to meet who we were talking to. It was fun.
Love how you share your eveyday lives with us. I would love to hVe had a farm again. But age has its days of sunshine and rain for me. But I wouldn't have it any other way, God has blessed me abundantly. I still might consider getting mini donkey.

Here in Ontario, Canada we had a massive storm of destruction on Saturday. Massive power outages and major tree damages. I get in my car every morning at 5:45 with my blanky and pillow to charge my phone. Many, many gas stations are out! Many, many businesses are out. Barns destroyed. Sand domes destroyed. Honestly, music and dancing around my farm is how I get through the tough stuff. I run our whole farm because my husband and son work, so the goats, chickens, and ducks get to experience my crazy!🤣 I appreciate a fellow farm dancer!❤
Just a note on the stainless appliances: Stainless gets very printed up! And if you're already very busy and very particular, black may be the better option. Since you are already designing your house with farmhouse black fixtures. I'm a housekeeper on my job, and my building has FAR TOO MUCH STAINLESS to keep looking nice all the time. Just looking out for ya!
Just a note. They now have some amazing stainless finishes to hide prints. And cleaners.

You might want to set up some cool spot in the garage that the dogs could access during the summer months so that they won't get overheated . Put out large water bowls for them as well .

I've got huge bumblebees around my place now which I love cuz when we moved here there was no bees or butterflies or birds. With the flowers and birdbaths and fountains they've all found me! Love it!

I had carpenter bees at my other home it had an older garage and they were eating my garage. I love your dancing both you and Lester are great dancers always makes me smile and laugh. MaryCarl is special she has the soul of an angel 😇 Oh my gosh we use to do that we called them field parties never knew who property it was, lots of gravel back roads. The police was also called but we had left before they came, the police took names of who was there, I guess my name never came up my parents never knew.

I was at work in my office when all of a sudden,I was arrested taken to our little shopping mall where a temporary jail cell erected for "overflow". I was told I would be released upon raising " bail".I was a fund raiser for the Jaycees!!
I did that for muscular dystrophy! Isn’t it fun! And our organizations need do much help! ❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸
