13 Minute Pregnancy Glute Workout

  • This is a 13-minute pregnancy glute activation workout that you can use throughout your pregnancy.
    Whilst pregnant, the glutes tend to switch off as your bump grows. This can lead to lower back tension and changes to your posture.
    This workout will help you to strengthen and activate your glutes in a safe way.
    Equipment Needed: A yoga mat/spot on the floor + a cushion/pillow

    Phew just did this workout at 16.5 weeks pregnant. I haven’t exercised much since finding out I’m expecting and I was surprised by how much the final leg lifting exercises burned!!

    I’ve been doing this video on and off for 3 weeks and I truly get mentally better by doing glutes as I don’t wanna be frump with my second child now 17 weeks

    love the video. I just wish she would talk less. I have no idea how many reps I should be doing or anything because she just talks the whole time. this would probably be a 10 minute workout otherwise.

    So I tried this & did my best to follow all instructions/visualizations but I didn’t feel any burn in my glutes (did feel squeezing in glutes). Felt like the burn came mostly from my lower abs. How do I activate more glute muscles & less abdominal muscles?
