I did this video two years ago when I was pregnant with my second child. Now I am 37 weeks in with baby3 and thoroughly enjoyed it again. Thanks for the nice class! There is so much short stuff on RUclips, it's quite hard to find good, longer sequences.

Oh my goodness. I like Pilates PT and The Bump Plan, but I was not a fan of that mobility workout. Holly was very right - a lot of those stretches were very uncomfortable.
Ah so sorry you weren't a fan. I try to vary the mobility routines so that we target all abilities, and this is a more challenging one for sure :) I'd try taking the stretches a little less far, so you are comfortable, even if you could go further. x

How do you do this?? I feel so much pressure in my shoulders and arms, I can barely hold myself 😬😂
So I tried this & did my best to follow all instructions/visualizations but I didn’t feel any burn in my glutes (did feel squeezing in glutes). Felt like the burn came mostly from my lower abs. How do I activate more glute muscles & less abdominal muscles?
I tried this for the first time and I must be doing something wrong, because I’m not feeling any burn or not much resistance
Don't worry, sometimes the first time we try new exercises we don't feel the correct muscles working as others take over. The more you practice it, the more you'll feel it :)
love the video. I just wish she would talk less. I have no idea how many reps I should be doing or anything because she just talks the whole time. this would probably be a 10 minute workout otherwise.
You don't need to know the exact number reps, but stop when you feel that you can't do any more with good technique. The reason I talk throughout is you should be doing the workout at the same time as me. Otherwise we would both be simply exercising in silence, and you would miss out on vital technique information and guidance. Best, Hollie

Anyone can teach pilates and certification by agencies are for MONEY MONEY MONEY If you are a good Pilates teacher, you will have clients and you dont need a piece of expensive paper

If I was in such a donor egg receiving process,which is such an amazing thing,I don't think I will even mention it to my child that she was donor conceived,it's your child after all,and does'nt matter at all❤

Phew just did this workout at 16.5 weeks pregnant. I haven’t exercised much since finding out I’m expecting and I was surprised by how much the final leg lifting exercises burned!!

I use a similar structure when I coach my students to become certified Pilates teachers under my 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates teacher training programme and run their own businesses. This is very good video contents ! I watched it a few times! May I ask if there’s any possibility for someone NOT suitable to be a Pilates instructor? I’m new to Pilates. Doing both reformer beginner and intermediate AND mat Pilates almost daily since April this year . I have lower back issue and am NOT as flexible as most general population. I can’t do V Sit well as I have a hump protruded on my base of my spine. BUT since doing regular Pilates I am stronger and more aware of my posture and I can walk around without feeling numb in my limbs at times. I am inspired to learn more and be certified to help others . Would I still be able to learn and be certified to teach group classes and individual clients?

Class went very quickly which is a good sign that i enjoyed it. Strong core and glut workout but dont feel i used my upper body much. Thats ok , ill do a 10 minute arm workout now.
