    37 weeks and this was a great and quick exercise to do before work. I also added ankle weights.

    Wow, this was so perfect for me. It’s easy to listen to with not a ton of obnoxious music, a great but short relaxing workout that I feel like I could commit to doing every day. Thank you so much! ♥️ I’ve been looking for something like this.

    Even are just 10 min I found it enough for my painful hips they are very good exercises I try and to them every day.

    Such a lovely workout to follow, very nice flow to the video and workout. Definitely going to use this for the rest of my pregnancy

    Thanks, I do these 10 minutes of pilates everyday and will eventually move to more. My level just needs to be established first.

    The workout was nice. :) The only thing I would add for the video production is maybe add soft music where the talking was. It helps focus on the breathing. Thanks ladies!

    Man my hips hurt lol I'm out of shape but I hope to be ready by my due date because I'm older now and this is my third child.

      Same here. I'm 34 and this is my 5th. Trying to get in shape for a smooth delivery. It's like preping for a marithon. Haha

    So, I'm starting this at 31 weeks pregnant and 4 minutes in, it's like my wrist is about to give out. I'm using my fist for support. 😅 My wrists are so weak during this pregnancy. Also, my balance sucks. Should have started this earlier.

      It's handy you highlighted that this video is hard on wrists. I watched it before doing it and the first 6 minutes are on all four. I already have weak wrists and bad knees, and I've read that pregnancy can make your wrists hurt more, so I'm going to skip most of this video.

    Loved the exercises, thank you!! But the music does not fit with the video at all. I found it quite distracting.
