Just came to say, if you have no background, 35 weeks or more, plus size, you would find it a bit difficult as you also have to look at your screen to do if you’re doing it right and that adds to the difficulty since there is a lot of “bowing”

I started with this exercise when I reached my second trimester, with no yoga experience.
Now I am 8 months pregnant. Still use this one as my go to, but progressed to the 20min exercises. It always helps my back and pelvis pains.

I’m 10 weeks today and I know my activity level is much too low. So I just found this video while looking for some simple prenatal yoga moves.
I got dizzy a couple times, especially after rising from having my head on the floor, but on the whole it was just really nice, and I’ll be coming back tomorrow morning.

Did this during my first pregnancy starting on my 36th week and It helped me during labor, I only labored for 4 hours, delivered nsd no epidural. I was never active before pregnancy but this prenatal yoga really stretched. Now I'm back doing this for my 2nd pregnancy! Felt so much better after each yoga session everyday. Doing this at night. Thanks for this!

I've done yoga on and off for years but I've been out of practice since being pregnant so this is a great beginner video to get back into it again. Plus I love that its only 10 minutes so even if I don't have too much time or energy before or after work I can still squeeze it in.

I started trying to do yoga in 2018/2019 when I was pregnant with baby#2 and you are by far the BEST yoga page that I have found. I love that you narrate the videos calmly and quietly instead of talking throughout and I love how you calmly motivate through each video. its really the best. Calming but challenging at the same time. Sometimes my husband will do it with me, but this is ONE thing in my life that I do just for me and that is so important. Thank you so much!

Thank you Sarah Beth. I am not pregnant and have been doing yoga for many years. I am, in fact, a certified hatha yoga teacher. I loved your short video and know it will be extremely beneficial for expecting ladies. I learned in a kundalini course to open my mouth slightly when performing neck exercises. This relaxes the muscles along the cervical spine. The teacher said that opening the mouth slightly during child birth helps in relaxation and prevents the mouth and jaw from tensing.

I have never been pregnant nor will I. But I will do any yoga class. I love the idea of breathing around the baby. It was pretty natural for me to imagine myself as the baby. Since most of my practice is about healing and self love I particularly liked this and can see myself doing more mindful classes. Namaste

Hello Sarah Beth. I am not pregnant. My family was complete after the birth of our fourth child 7 years ago. I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years now. I’m a certified yoga instructor. I found this practice enjoyable. It’s important to remember to slow down and feel a deep connection to our practice, no matter how long we’ve been practicing. This serves as an excellent reminder to honor myself and my students. Thank you 🙏🏼

    Sarah,
This 10 minute prenatal yoga is beautiful! I'm not pregnant but wanted a short morning yoga routine and found this PERFECT! It quickly opened and awakened my body to prepare for my day.
I've been practicing various types of yoga for over 30 years and really came to find your videos the BEST for my needs and desires.
I really appreciate that you continue to remind and prompt best practices in each pose and each video.
No matter how long we've been practicing, I believe those prompts are critical to get the most out of each session.
Thank you for your beautiful passionate yoga!!

As requested: 1) not pregnant2) not a beginner. I don't know how long I've been practicing. 4 years maybe? All of it at home practice. I've never been in a yoga studio. 3) I used this as a cooldown for my Zumba workout. My neck and shoulders were very stiff today. It felt really good. I'll definitely revisit this in the future. Thanks for sending out the link. Probably would not have clicked it otherwise.

Just shared this link with my sister in law who is 35 weeks prego and stuck at home by her doctor (not forced bed rest though she can move around). I think she will like this as she used to do yoga before. I myself have a 6-month old and I discovered your channel while in post-partum (so got to enjoy the post-partum videos, thanks!), and I wished I had discovered before! I am an adept of the daily 10 min yoga video (this time slot is very convenient with a baby, the longer ones I just could not have that much time in a row) , love that they are different each day! Thanks again!

Per your email request; I am not pregnant, I have been doing yoga for about 4 years, and I want to say that it was your videos I found on you tube that made me love yoga. Before then I never liked yoga, I have since found one other yoga you tube channel I like but I still do your videos 85% of the time. Back to my review, I did this as a cool down stretch after a work out, and it was a nice stretch. I am not sure if I would use it again for that. But I love that you are doing these, something I wish I had when I was pregnant (mother of 4 boys here). If I ever do get pregnant again, I am very excited to be able to do these pregnancy yoga videos.

I'm a very happy SarahBeth Yoga APP member, so when Sarah Beth asked me to give this one a try, I figured why not. I've had several miscarriages in the past, so I usually shy away from anything that reminds me of those heartaches. This video was so healing for me! I'm fairly new to yoga (I practiced 20 years ago for several months and then stopped when diagnosed with stage 3 cancer), so this was perfect for me. Gentle, calming and healing movement. Thank you, Sarah Beth for helping me heal in such a profound way. You've got me for life!

I'm currently not pregnant, however my daughter is now 7 weeks old, and I did your first Prenatal series throughout my entire pregnancy and loved it. So thank you for that, and I'm glad you're doing another series. I found this video to be very relaxing. Also, I was relatively new to yoga before getting pregnant. I had heard of the great benefits of prenatal yoga and I'm so glad I came across your channel. So now I'm doing your Postnatal series and making my way through the rest of your videos. Keep it up!

I'm not pregnant and have been practicing yoga regularly for several years. This offered a good stretch for hips, hanstrings, and low back. Though first thing in the morning, I needed to add in a crouch and curl to counter the puppy dog. The holding baby aspect was a little weird for me, but I did heart and belly instead, and breath around the "life" within me. I tend to skip over "prenatal" but glad I tried this!

Hi Sarah Beth- I am not pregnant and have practiced yoga for 5 years or so. I thought this video was a great way to stetch and warm up to get my day started but since you give specific baby cues I would use another ten minute video in it's place in the future. The routine felt great, however!

Okay, so I know this was made 2 years ago but I’m just now finding your channel & I just completed this 10 minute yoga routine to wake me up and I LOVED IT! Thank you thank you! I haven’t done a lot of prenatal yoga routines, I mainly just do flows and stretches I’ve done pre pregnancy because I haven’t found a prenatal instructor on RUclips that I’ve liked but GIRL, I love your calm yet instructive voice, the video, the shortness of the video, everything is amazing! Definitely going to do this a few times per week and try some of your other videos!

Hi Sarah Beth! I enjoyed this practice even though I am not pregnant. I am not a beginner, however, I wouldn't say I practice regularly. I have been doing yoga off and on for about 7 years. If I'm lucky enough to become pregnant I will definitely be using your prenatal videos.

    For your “odd request”😃
-I am not pregnant, but CONGRATS to you!
-I’ve been regularly practicing yoga (at home) for about 2 years
-I LOVED this video. THANK YOU for your request to do this. I probably wouldn’t have because of the “prenatal” in it. I am ALWAYS tight in my shoulders, neck and hips. This was a perfect quick and effective release. I can see myself doing this a few times a week, most likely before bed (but it would also be a good start to the morning).
-Would you ever consider doing any kids yoga videos? I’ve struggled to find a 5-10 minute for my 7 year old. He can’t “calm his brain” and most of the kids geared videos are too “busy” for settling down. I fell all the yoga bedtime routines I’ve found are either too long or use too many “yoga” words for him.
-I love the app. One of the best investments I’ve made. Thanks for the variety and calendars. I can always find something to fit me need for the day.

Yes! I would LOVE to start a Kids Yoga series! I would need some training first but that's definitely in the works :) In the meantime have you tried the 10 minute Yoga in Bed routine? It's not necessarely kids yoga (at all) but it's very calming. Maybe it'll work! THANK YOU for your feedback too! I'm so glad you're loving the app!

Hi Sarah Beth! I tried this video at your request from your newsletter. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, and have been practicing with you for 3. I completed this routine after a workout. I am not pregnant currently, but am looking forward to utilizing your prenatal and postnatal routines someday. I felt this routine was a nice stretch and way for my body to calm after a workout. The few baby/mama references felt a little “funny” to me, but I was able to direct my focus back to the posture. Thank you for making such a variety of routines/ focuses!

I’m not pregnant and I’m a yoga newbie. I’m on day 14 of your 30 day yoga challenge! 😁
I definitely enjoyed this yoga video. I found today’s 30 day challenge video a bit difficult, and this video was a good cool down for me. It really helped me get focused back on my breathing.
I hope this helps! Thank you for having such great videos. You’ve helped me start my yoga journey in a strong and positive way. 😁

Hi SarahBeth, I am 58 years old and I was been practicing yoga for many years. I would say I am "intermediate". Obviously I am not pregnant. I would do this routine when I am sick and stiff from lying in bed or when I really don't feel like doing yoga. 😉 It is a very, very gentle and short routine. ☺️

Hi Sarabeth, I LOVE your videos! I've been practicing yoga for many years but I still consider myself an advanced beginner. I'm not pregnant but I did do yoga when I was pregnant and this was great. My favorite part was the hands clasped neck rolls- so awesome! Also, the focus on the lower back stretch is great- pregnant or not! My only suggestion was for more instruction on the side stretches for beginners. You usually remind us to keep our arms equal distance from our ears.

I am not pregnant. I seriously started yoga 3 years ago. It was a very chill yoga session and I like it!
