This was an emotional one for me, and so timely to have stumbled upon it this morning. I am completing my PhD and 12 weeks along, and desperately needed time to just connect with my baby, feel the gratitude I feel, say I love you, and even apologize for being so busy. Since I started doing this morning routine, the lower back and pelvic pain has all but disappeared. The bedtime routine has also helped me get a great night's sleep. 23 weeks now. Thank you so much!

Been doing this since the second trimester, and now in my 8th month, I do this one and the night one even more often. I haven't had major pain anywhere in my body, no back pain, no thigh pain, thanks to these routines, I guess! It keeps my body well-stretched, fit, and most importantly, I'm feeling content and empowered :)
I'm a mother of 10 children expecting my number 11...I have been doing yoga with you for about 8 months, but since I got pregnant this time I put yoga on a side...and just focusing on walking do to my arthritis. Today I found your prenatal video and it really helped me with my sciatic pain...I cannot laid down flat on my back either, but you are truly amazing. I thank you 😊.

I was never really into yoga until I became pregnant. I haven’t been doing it as much as I would like to but I enjoy it! 28 weeks now, some of the poses I do alterations and at the end I lie on my left side instead. Usually I follow my yoga with a meditation as well 💙 Hope everyone has healthy babies and a smooth pregnancy!

These videos have been a life saver for me! I'm a young and active woman, going through her first pregnancy! I was regularly going to see a chiropractor and masseuse to keep me feeling good, and was actively in the gym until 22 weeks when the Coronavirus pandemic started! My muscles started to get sore, stiff and my sciatic nerve started to give me crazy pain, but these videos have helped so much! Thank you!
I've been doing yoga since high school and was so grateful to find these videos. With this pregnancy I have really bad pelvic girdle pain and really bad sciatica and it's just gotten worse as I get farther along. I felt so frustrated that I couldn't continue doing my more intermediate/advanced prenatal yoga once I hit about 25 weeks and I couldn't find any other routines that were gentle enough on my pelvis without being really boring. This one is perfect. I can get through it without crying, I still feel like I got a good yoga workout in and I'm still able to stay active. My doctor was worried I wouldn't be able to be active at all for the last month because of the pain so we're both so grateful for these routines. I don't know what I'd do if I wasn't able to be active at all.
I have been doing this yoga practise for a while almost every morning and my mind, body and I think the little one 😁feel so good after every practise. Love this routine. Helps me to relax and stay healthy. Thank you ❤️

I'm at the end of my second trimester, I incorporated this yoga routine a few weeks ago into my training (I want to stay as active as possible until delivery date, I still do my cardio and resistance training routines but slowing down now).It makes me so calm and helps me learn how to breathe deeply. I love your soothing voice and you made me cry at the when connecting to the baby. Thank you for this beautiful practice.

This has by far been my favorite routine to do! I am currently 39 weeks and these stretches and movements are perfect for helping my sore body. I love the spiritual moments too where I get to connect with my baby a little bit. I have done this routine so many times because it never gets old!

BEST prenatal yoga on youtube! Its really coordinated and makes you feel amazing after ! I am on my last trimester and still can do this exercise which is great ! In comparison to other online prenatal yoga videos this is the one i felt most comfortable with.

So glad I started doing your 15 & 20min sessions. This is #3 for me do with 2 at home I make sure I'm doing the 15min at least twice a Week and the 20min on the weekends! I always feel renewed.

I love this prenatal yoga the most. Its simple and effective without the use of bolsters or straps etc. Wished that I had started this at the beginning of my pregnancy but discovered this around 28 and now at 36 weeks. thank you!

I'm a yoga teacher as well and this has been my go-to practice along with the bedtime sequence since the beginning of my pregnancy. I'm not 29 weeks along, and still find it a very well rounded, not too short, not too long practice. I do the savasana on the side though. Thank you for this, Sarah!

This sequence is just so beautiful. The timing for me is perfect to allow me to connect with body, breath and baby while feeling relaxed and strong. The cadance in your voice is so soothing and the guided visualisation at the end is very emotional. I am 5 months pregnant and this was exactly what I needed. Thank you 🙏❤

I did lot of prenatal yoga when I was pregnant with my first child, but there really were a limited number of decent options. Now that I am pregnant with my second baby, I am very happy to have found these fabulous videos. They are extremely conscious, and enjoyable to do. Thank you!

My favorite yoga routine so far. Love the way you use the voice over instead of talking and describing throughout the routine.
I love this prenatal yoga the most. Its simple and effective without the use of bolsters or straps etc. Wished that I had started this at the beginning of my pregnancy but discovered this around 28 and now at 36 weeks. thank you!

I'm a yoga teacher as well and this has been my go-to practice along with the bedtime sequence since the beginning of my pregnancy. I'm not 29 weeks along, and still find it a very well rounded, not too short, not too long practice. I do the savasana on the side though. Thank you for this, Sarah!
