    I know that this video is going to be my most contentious video I've ever done but honestly, I feel like it's time to just come out and be honest with this kinda thing, especially one in particular. I understand that this may cause some of you all to unsubscribe from me and all I can say is that I wish you well and no hard feelings. Also no, this channel is not going to be changing in theme and it will always be rooted in topics about the Goth Subculture and Music talk. I just felt that to be transparent, I wanted to be upfront now with these particular thoughts because I know it's very controversial. Anyway, thanks for watching if you did and if you do decide to stick around, I look forward to seeing you in the next video. Take care~

      Also, you are so right about gender. It's not man and woman, those are sex IE adult human female or male. Masculinity and femminity are the true gender principles. I have nothing against trans people as an androgynous female myself, but the reality is, they're operating in a faulty paradigm, we all are to some degree. Esoteric teachings such as the Kybalion go into the true "gender".

    #10. Sexuality is exclusionary. Everyone has the right to turn down a sexual partner or a whole section of society for whatever reason they see fit. No questions asked. Sexually excluding someone doesnt oppress them, it doesnt harm anyone, it isnt a hateful act. No one has the right to state otherwise. If anyone disagrees with this statement, then they are part of the problem of perpetuating rape culture. Believing one is entitled to sex is rape culture, because believing you can't exclude certain people, means you don't believe in sexual consent.

      First of all Rape isn't a culture, well at least in America, maybe in the middle east. Rape is a Crime of sexual intercourse without the victim's consent, often involving the use or threat of force. Feeling you are entitled to sex isn't rape. Here In society we teach that rape is wrong and is against the law, heck rapist even become huge targets in prison. however if you keep changing the narrative on what is a rape is in your Twisted mentality off way of thinking than a high majority of men and women are rapist. It's alarming how many likes your comment got. Shame on you, you are apart of the problem.

    'Queer' is far more indicative of political ideology than it is sexuality. I have never met a 'queer' person who wasn't utterly insufferable. When I think of 'queer', I think of someone like Milo Stewart. Someone who writes essays explaining how systemic, hegemonic, colonialist, white male cisheteronormativity made the entire world queerphobic.
    In my opinion, the fact that 'demisexual' is considered a legitimate sexuality speaks to the unfortunate reality that western society has moved away from courtship and romance towards meaningless, non-committal sex. It's very atomising. 'Demisexuality' used to be the default.
    My unpopular opinion: 'the LGBT Community' only exists for LGBTs who have progressive left politics and toe the line on every issue. If you are: conservative, religiously observant, sceptical of any aspects of trans ideology, anti-kink/porn/prostitution, or dissent in any other way, you are cast out. A true 'LGBT community' would support all homosexuals/bisexuals/transsexuals unconditionally.

    I was expecting to find some things to disagree with, but I actually agree 100%. I also gotta add I get pissed off in general when trans ideologues appropriate what is usually cultural roles for GNC or homosexual men in other cultures as being trans, which happens often. In my country, there is a similar thing that is called as "third gender", but I've seen trans activists use it as arguments for their legitimacy when it's a completely different thing.

      The issue with it is that it conflates sex and gender. Trans which does the same does that but "non-binary" takes ti to an even extremer level that essentially says that if the person doesn't conform to masculinity or feminine 100%, they are not a man or woman, it's just... Stupid. "Nonbinary" could've been a nice new modern term to describe gender nonconforming but it's such a loaded term full of nonsense that it just can't be.

      I agree with that. They try to say sex and gender are different. However I honestly think they are the same, and these non-binary people keep changing the dictionary definition of gender. I swear 20 years ago the dictionary definition of gender was a lot different from what it is today. You could be a male and break gender stereotypes, and females and break gender stereotypes as well without being non-binary or gender-fluid, or gender-queer, or whatever name they will make up next year. Demi-gender, Polygender, and so on. It never makes sense.

      as someone who is also on the asexual spectrum, i appreciate being included in the LGBTQIA+ in that way. people who don't experience sexual attraction are definitely oppressed in places although if you never experienced that, that's wonderful. as someone who is "hot" and rarely experiences sexual attraction, that made me a target of sexual abuse and rape by people i thought were just wanting to be friends (because i didn't understand their sexual motivations).
      Again, it's great that you never experienced violence because of your orientation(s) but many people have. It's cruel to erase other peoples experiences just because it's different from your own. You don't want to consider yourself part of the LGBTQIA+? Cool, then don't. Don't you dare take that away from other people though. It's a different than "normal" orientation and deserves visibility, representation, and acceptance.

As a lesbian I’m so fed up with the “queer community” which now is essentially just straight people with micro identities and dyed hair. I agree with literally everything you said. Most LGB and even some T will secretly agree with you but won’t say anything because the “queer” people will get angry and you will be cancelled for an unpopular but completely valid opinion. I literally had some teenage boy telling me that “queer” isn’t a slur anymore. Asexuality is a lack of sexual orientation, it’s not another sexual orientation. Sexuality is based on biological sex (which exists btw). BDSM has nothing to do with being same sex attracted neither is being body positive.

    for me I disagree because sexuality and sexual orientation are very complex and hard to pin point. Plus people go by various defiention of 'bi' and others sexuality idenifty than just firmly through biology and science.
    also I want to ask I hardly see trans men issue with the biologoy men and women wheras trans women I do see more?

    • @KaiDecadence
      @KaiDecadence  9 месяцев назад +4

      Eh... I can kind of see some truth to that. There's no denying that religion and culture has played a part in shaming homosexuality and this definitely plays a part in why some homosexuals and bisexuals can develop internalized homophobia but I feel like bisexuals are especially more vulnerable to this because unlike us homosexuals, bisexuals can be attracted to the opposite sex and thus be socialized into heteronormativity.
      That said, while I do think there are more bisexuals than we may realize, I don't think it's a substantial amount.
      And the answer to your second uquestion is easy. It's because men don't see trans-identified women "transmen") as a threat, in fact most don't even take them seriously but they just don't say it out loud. Men know that trans-identified women pull the same crap that trans-identified women pull on women, they would be promptly put in their place and these trans-identified women know this which is why they tend to stay in their lane.
      Compare that to trans-identified men pulling all kinds of BS women and it's because of male entitlement and taking advantage of female socialization where women are typically raised to put men before themselves which is why when a woman refuses to placate trans-identified men's delusions, they have a narcissistic rage response to them.

    Thank you! When I was little I refused to call myself a girl and only called myself a tomboy. When I was even littler I wanted to legally change my name to Mario. Gender activists would claim that’s a sign a kid is trans but I’ve barely even had regular dysphoria let alone gender dysphoria. I refused to call myself a girl because the girliest girls I knew would bully me and were petty and only interested(one of them didn’t even like legos) in things I thought were lame, while my brothers friends were nice to me. I’m also autistic and autistic people usually don’t conform to gender norms). And I wanted to change my name to Mario because I just really liked Super Mario(my second choice for a name was Ballerina).
    The amount of “non binary women” I’ve seen that look almost exactly like me is crazy. I get the impression a lot of them just don’t quite fit gender norms like me but can’t handle the fact that they’re “different”. I think I should probably thank the girls who bullied me when I was little because they helped me learn from a young age that gender norms and fitting in are stupid. Of course so many women don’t identify as women, have people not seen how women are portrayed in media? Who the heck relates to that?
    Reminds me of this whole thing lately where people are waking up and realizing that Snapchat, filters, kardashians, makeup and photoshop isn’t good for the mental health of young girls and I’m just wondering where people have been. I figured that out when I was like 8 or 9.

      "Gender activists" wouldn't claim shit, mate. We aren't trans bc of our interests, it's an internal situation that cannot change. We don't become trans, we always were trans. The only people who see a child and decide their gender based on their interests is an outdated fucker who thinks gender stereotypes mean anything - which most trans people don't. Plenty of us, like myself, are still interested in things considered stereotypical for our agab. And no afab trans person is just a confused woman btw, that's so insanely fucking transphobic

    • @owlofathena1247
      @owlofathena1247 3 года назад +19

      I'm literally the same. You pretty much described me. 7 year old, massive tomboy, hated anything girly, wanted to have a boy name, however never experienced any type of dysphoria and eventually grew out of it.
      It's because kids understand everything so literally. There's been an article studying the psychology of how kids think, and as far as I remember, it goes kinda like this:
      - Young girl finds out about something called "football"
      - young girl notices that most of the people who like football are male
      - because of that, young girl starts to think that every male she encounters likes football by default
      - then, young girl starts to think that no girl likes football
      - eventually, she starts to believe that if you're a person who likes football, you must be male.
      - and in some rarer cases (but not unusual), girl develops a passion for football and starts thinking she's a boy in a girls' body. Boom! Transgenderism.
      Unfortunately, you can see that there are still some adults who think like this. Like when a man wears a lot of makeup and people would say shit like "is that a man or a woman?", "Why are you trying to be a woman?" Basically equating makeup to womanhood. To them, woman is any person who wears makeup.
      And to me, that's just proof of how many adults suffer from some mild form of arrested development. Because this is literally a childrens' way of thinking.
      Speaking of those girly girls who bullied you for being gender non conforming, there's an explanation for that as well. Most girls and women are at least subconsciously aware of their expected gender roles, as well as unhappy about them. No one wants to be the submissive one, the ornamental one, the sexual object, the "emotional" one, the irrational one, and so many other negative gender stereotypes and expectations. But the thing is, women and girls who perform those things usually have "a longer leash" in patriarchy. Aka, they'll be treated more nicely by boys, by teachers, by society in general, for wearing makeup, for being girly, for not being a tomboy etc.
      So of course they'll hate any woman or girl who manages to escape femininity, or has enough confidence to be GNC in a world that bullies her for it.
      In short, those girls and women hate what they can't have.
      I also remember r/gendercritical and I agree, it was sometimes very toxic. I've noticed they liked to bully trans people a lot, and for no apparent reason. And I believe there's a difference between being gender critical and being a straight up bully.

That a lot of them are just bothered by the fact that they don't fit the stereotype(s) that have been hoisted onto women i.e being all about femininity and having certain interests like being into makeup, men, fashion, etc. And when they get bullied for it, they think it means that something is wrong with them and they then start to feel horrible about themselves and start to believe that they aren't really women. Couple that with possible rejection from family and it's just a recipe for an identity crisis.

    Totally on point. I always thought it was strange that the term queer was used in gay and GNC communities considering the history behind the word. Presently, the definition of queer is nebulous (and after researching queer theory, it seems its deliberately kept that way), tho most people seem to use it describe anyone who isnt “cis”-het, or as some sort of personality type. It implies heterosexuals can’t exhibit “queer” behavior, whatever that is. And as for “two-spirit”: trans affirmist like to say “trans people have existed throughout history!” and then you look into it these examples and find out these separate gender-identities are based in homophobia, or are GNC people who felt the only way to feel comfortable in society was to identify as something other than their sex.

Transwomen, men attracted to transwomen, men attracted to teenage boys, men attracted to the idea of surgically modifying kids, groomers, furries, fetishistic crossdressers, etc., they cannot not call those men "gay" because "gay" is such an stigmatizing label for a guy. Although I've never experienced it myself, I have heard of gays and lesbians being called transphobes for refusing to date trans men and women. Given how I spent the better part of my teen years quite uncomfortable with my sexuality, it feels like a massive slap in the face that when I finally become happy and comfortable with who I am, I run the risk of being shamed and vilified for not wanting to date a biological woman. By the group that was meant to protect people like me no less.

    Agreed on all your points...I especially agree that demisexuality and pansexuality don't exist. As an asexual/aromantic person myself (in my 20s so I can say with near certainty it wasn't a teenage phase like I first thought) it's pretty obvious to me that it's an extremely rare phenomenon, and most people who claim to be Ace really aren't. The few interactions I had with Ace people in groups online were always frustrating. It was obvious most of them were just using Asexual to be special and get a social "not straight" card, while most of them still admitted wanting romantic relationships and eventually having sex. They also insisted that Asexuality was an orientation just like Homosexuality, which makes no sense because Asexuals aren't oriented toward anyone.
    Most of them were teenage girls all trying to fit as many labels on themselves as possible, using "demisexuality" or meaningless microlabels like "akoiromantic" or "fraysexual" to seem special. But before casual sex and hooking up was widespread, being "demisexual" was just being a normal person who wanted exclusivity in their romantic/sexual relationship.
    I also heavily agree on Intersex people not belonging to the LGB community...I'm not Intersex myself but I've done a lot of research into the science of it, and it annoys me that so many Trans activists try to use the Intersex community as props in their ideology and an extension of "trans-ness", when being Intersex has nothing to do with that. Most of the time, Intersex people choose to live as the sex they exteriorly appear as, regardless of chromosomes, because they feel more comfortable with that, or they were raised that way (especially individuals with XY chromosomes who have AIS and were usually raised female because of their appearance). And some intersex people can't take hormones that correspond to their chromosomes because it's often detrimental to their physical health, depending on their condition.
    Also agreed that trans ideology makes no sense...the more I research, the more firmly I believe the ideology is not based in scientific literature, but in a mythological, almost religious belief that the body isn't the "real" you, but merely a conduit for the spirit or feelings within, and can be "changed" to male or female if one feels strongly enough about it. It's pseudo science, and very harmful to young teens who are confused about their bodies, feeling awkward and socially anxious. They are allowed to just get hold of hormones and surgeries that mess up their bodies permanently, when most of them are either just gay, and haven't found a way they feel comfortable with that, or they need therapy for other reasons, like trauma that causes them to dissociate from their bodies and hate themselves.
    Pardon the essay length answer lol... it's just rare to find people nowadays who think for themselves about these topics and don't just mindlessly repeat the PC talking points that make no logical sense.

    yeah the way people use two spirit is really misinformed. some people actually believe the concept of 2 sexes was foreign to indigenous people, when the majority of indigenous North Americans recognised 2 sexes, and most of them had 2 gender roles. In a minority of cultures there was a role for men who were feminine and/or homosexual. This was a gender role with its own rules within the culture, just like the man/woman roles. They knew that these men were male, none of them believed someone male could be a woman. None of them had extra roles for women. The approach of viewing gender as an identity that the individual chooses rather than a role within their society is a very new, very western concept.

I learned the hard way that many women-only spaces include males who identify as women so much so, the dating scene for lesbians has gotten so complicated, basically disguised homophobia... I get called so many things and have gotten much hate for having the same opinions, and I know many people would never dare say these takes publicly, even if they strongly believe it, since it would be controversial. we can't even allow people to be honest with themselves without believing it's their own problem. I'm just very admirable of you how it isn't your concern to be politically correct, but to speak your truth and remind people what homosexuality means. it's gotten to the point where anything can be added to LGB and it's just insulting!

    One thing that bothers me about the term 'queer' is that it doesn't really mean anything specific. If someone tells me in a conversation that they're gay or lesbian i know what that means, but queer could mean anything. I really hate when they call gay or lesbians who have achieved a lot it the past get called queer in the media alot. I find it really disrespectful.

    • @KaiDecadence
      @KaiDecadence  16 дней назад +1

      Agreed! What you said is exactly how I feel about that word besides the fact that it was used as a slur to us gays and lesbians. The word "queer" really means nothing and when you hear it, it doesn't make really explain what you are. In my observation, it's usually bisexuals who have internalized homophobia and don't want to outright say they are bisexual or straight people (mostly straight women) who think that wearing quirky fashio or being polyamarous or swingers makes them "queer" The only gays and lesbians I see who willingly call themselves "queer" are the ones who are trying to appease the gender cult and no self-respecting gay and lesbian should be doing that at all with how insidious and awful gender ideology is.
      It's ironic though, it's funny when you hear straight people refer to the gay and lesbian community as "queer" where when you really think about it, they're calling us a slur but they think it's "progressive" lol.

    • @cloudthief8918

      @@KaiDecadence the thing is, you aren't born a nothing. You are born.. a child. Children with certain characteristics are labelled "male" or "female" or "intersex." That last one you seem to be forgetting. How do intersex people fit into your perception of sex, sexuality and gender?
      Even now, when an intersex child is born, they are often flung into one of the two binary options. There is such a thing as an 'XY female,' for example- a female witha characteristic usually ascribed to males which shows that there is no one single defining trait of a man or woman. There is no formula either. You can't add up someone's male or female traits and if they get 7+ they are a female.
      Please go and do your research about these things. "transgenderism" an "trans identified" are not used by those inside the trans/non binary communities and instead come from the transphobic people instead. It makes me especially sad that a gay man would align himself with these transphobes (if that is what's happening of course) because those same people would probably come for homosexuals were they able.

And we don't talk about me being anything other than a extremely feminine person (think of Caroline Cossey if you want to picture me). This extreme femininity comes naturally for me. Also, HSTS at least, suffer from dissociative disorder, which means we really have disconnected from our original bodies.

So I understand your anger because you have enjoyed neither. Sometimes not knowing what you missed is a bless.
      And I don't believe there is such a person as a gay man that is attracted to femininity. Would a gay man be attracted to a man with a slight femininity like Anderson Cooper? Yes. Would a gay man be attracted to somebody who basically crossdresses, wears wigs and copy women? You actually don't want them to. If you did, you would change your behavior and your gender markers to masculine symbols.
      So I think every young feminine homosexual male must think if they can be masculine before it's too late to look reasonably good as a transsexual. I agree with pretty much everything you've said here (new subscriber). My only addendum would be that while asexual people haven't been legislated against specifically in law, there _have_ been times when they were legally obligated to have sex (for example when a man married a woman in many countries, he was entitled to have sex with her - if she tried to refuse and he raped her, it would not have been rape in the eyes of the law). While it's not at all common, arranged marriages plus a legal right to sex will definitely have affected asexual people. Laws compelling them to be available for sex weren't written to deliberately target the very tiny number of asexuals, but a person can be affected without being specifically named. It's somewhat like how the laws in the UK at one point only recognised rape as something a man does to a woman. So without being specifically excluded by name, a man raped by a man could only legally claim sexual assault.
    Happily these laws have been updated somewhat and one hopes that they would never even be needed by anyone!

Secondly, in terms of psychological and lifespan development, I'm guessing that it isnt healthy to "pretend feed" when the child is hungry. That's disordered eating waiting to happen later on in life if these parents dont accept reality and quit with the nonsense.

The question is: do people have a right to own a kid and do whatever they want with it? Is it unhealthy for the child? Or does it simply not matter? If the important questions have been answered then we can talk about things like artificial male breastfeeding. I think most people have a problem with this just because it seems like a selfish wish and the motive behind it isn't very clear.

    @tardigrade9343 3 года назад +23

    YES, to all of that. It is scary and also frustrating to witness a certain world view/believe trending and growing from the early 2010s to today in real time. And now everyone who isn't totally on board with every aspect of it is being gaslit and branded a 'non-believer'.
    Because it is what it is: Believing in a gendered personally/identity/"souls", is a believe system. Just like believing in a 'one true god', or into a flat earth is. I don't have the will to be ignorant enough to look past all the unfunded but dangerously far-reaching basic premises that come with these ideologies.
    If I believed in the concept of 'trans kids' as young as 4 y olds, I would have to believe in something like an inherent gender identity that isn't learned while growing up, but that resides "somewhere" inside everyone of us; and that some kids are born with the wrong identity/or the wrong body to fit their identity. Sounds awfully familiar to the concept of "soul", just with a modern touch that most definitely is a consequence of social media putting so much emphasize on uniqueness and identity.
    But gender is a social construct. Men and women (and when I say men and women I mean male and female people) are different because of biology, not because they have different souls. We look different and our bodies focus on different strengths and weaknesses. From that relationship between the sexes stem societal structures which then lead to lots of stereotypes and expected behaviours which persist to this day.
    But if you look at things objectively, from "outside of society", then 'gender' does not exist. A dress is not feminine, it's just clothes. Playing football isn't masculine, it's just kicking a ball. Long hair isn't feminine as demonstrated by ever-changing beauty standards throughout history. Action figures aren't masculine, they're just doll marketed at boys. And so one and so on...
    A few years ago, society understood that we need to de-genderize society. To not put too much expectations on people, and not put them into boxes. But now, gender identity theory has turned all that around. Now we again started labeling little boys that play with gender-inappropriate toys.
    So what IS a trans kid when souls don't exist and gender is a cultural invention? I tell you what a trans kid is: it's a boy or a girl who doesn't conform to societal expectations of boys or girls. Then ADULTS come into play and INTERFERE with those kids. They ask them things like "do you feel like a boy/girl? Would you rather be a girl/boy?". They interpret random childish behavior with their lens of gender and draw conclusions FOR the child. Some parents might even pass on their homophobia and rigid gender roles. Hell, the leader of Mermaids and mother of Jazz Jennings (poster trans child), has openly admitted that she was deeply homophobic when Jazz was a kid, and she prayed to god that her son wouldn't grow up to be gay. Do you really think this doesn't influence a child's decision to be a straight girl instead of a gay boy?
    'Trans kids' are just gender nonconforming children, sometimes gay children, whose multifaceted behavioral patterns and expressed discomfort with their own bodies get diagnosed by ADULTS with gender dysphoria and trans identity.

      I don't get why people say male and female thing are a social construct. They don't have the same kind of body female are often less strong than male, they don't have the same biology, they don't serve the same purpose. Something trully coming from social construct would be age and laws : a 18 years and 0 day old person can get in prison for having sex with a 17 years and 364 days old . You can't just deny biology and say men and women are the same. Get it ? Age doesn't really mean anything while gender is an undeniable fact just like the earth being round.

    • @tardigrade9343
      @tardigrade9343 2 года назад +2

      @@jeyna8243 Well "male" and "female" of course are no social constructs for a normal thinking person :D "masculinity" and "femininity" are social constructs, though.
      And different people use those terms very differently nowadays.
      "Conservatives" say sex and gender are the same, meaning that men are always masculine and women are feminine. And sometimes they also mean that men and women are always heterosexual, and that homosexuality in a man is "feminine", so lesbians are "masculine". And since they conflate sex and gender, homosexual men and women aren't "real" men and women in their eyes. And it goes even further: a man in a dress is not a real man to them. A woman who plays soccer isn't a real woman. A man who doesn't drink beer isn't a real man yada yada yada. You get the gist. Conflating sex and gender creates mental prisons for society, and that's where gender criticism, second wave feminism and the sexual revolution of the 60s/70s come in.
      Gender criticals, such as Kai or me, say that while sex is of course real and important when it comes to laws, fairness and protection, "gender" (femininity and masculinity) on the other hand is a social construct, a collection of stereotypes sometimes based on anecdotal evidence or statistics, but ultimately meaningless. In the worst case, it traps people in certain roles. Kai wears dresses and doesn't appear as a "stereotypical" man. He breaks down gender norms. But the important difference compared to trans activists is the fact that he doesn't believe in the idea that by breaking out of masculinity, he also consequentially stopped being a man and become something else. No. He's male. He's a man. He looks how he looks and if someone feels the need to label him differently because of that, they are wrong. He's actually helping to extend the meaning of "man", by playing around with gender stereotypes. That is progressive.
      And that's where the gender identitarians come in... the trans activists. The people who say that biological sex, male and female, is a construct instead of gender. They are basically like the conservatives, just the other way around and frankly even worse because of their influence and power in the name of "kindness".
      They whole-heartedly belief that gender roles and old-fashioned ideas of femininity and masculinity are what makes us women and men respectively. They are anti science by claiming that believing in chromosomes and the immutability of sex is "bio essentialist". They need to do that in order to achieve their goal of changing the way we're constructing our laws. They want to replace male/female with masculine/feminine. Therefore, it's enough to "behave like a woman", whatever that means, in order to participate in women sports, get into women prisons or shelters or crime statistics. Because since gender isn't real, everyone can change it at a whim if it's made into law. Ultimately, it's a homophobic men'r rights movement because only women and homosexuals lose when "sex" doesn't exists anymore.
      So long story short: claiming that male and female are social constructs is a regressive, anti-scientific political strategy. The real answer to that is to insist that gender is the meaningless construct. Always has been, always will be.
      I think I get what you mean with your age argument. On the one hand, sure, the way we measure age and restrict people based on that metric is a social construct. But on the other hand, people definitely change when they grow older. Our laws regarding that were made over hundreds of year by ethic councils, politicians and psychologists. Everything society produces, everything cultural, is a social construct in the end. But "age", in general, is also a real, biological thing just like sex. So there is a need to somehow fit that into society. We will just have to watch out not to create something like "gender identity". "Age identity" or something xD

    demisexual is when people ONLY become attracted AFTER they have developed intimacy. non-demisexuals can be initially attracted to someone before being close to them, which is why they typically initially go for looks and then learn more about the personality. its the order that differs.

      Dear I understand it perfectly and sorry but it's nothing special, it's nothing new. And again, it's NOT a sexuality, the feeling of only being attracted to a person after you get to know someone is VERY normal and not as rare as these young girls who identify as "demisexual" make it out to be because I'll be honest, I find it very interesting how it's mainly majority young women who "identify" as "demisexual" and then I see the hookup culture that has been very prevalent since the social media/hookup apps that have been dominating the first world since the early 2010s.
      but even if I were to give credence to the concept, again it's not a sexuality but rather a preference within all sexualities because as I said in the video; hetero, homo, and bi people can have that same mentality of wanting to get to know a person before having sexual relations.

    I NEVER thought I would agree with someone who is also gay about the gay community. The small bit I disagreed with was the T in LGBT but to be fair the "community" started going downhill and "accepting" (aka toxic) once the T was added. My whole life I knew the "community" as LGBT and anything after that was just some stupid online troll or loud teenagers/young adults (which I am myself lol) that want to feel special or unique. But I've seen many gay AND trans people themselves online (genuine trans men/women, not the other crazy identities) that agree that LGB and T should indeed be separate. I heard my whole life that the reason T is added into LGB was because they were different than the "straights" but because of that, it turned into this thing that if you aren't a 100% straight male you need to be added into this community, and so after this shift this is when the "community" started going crazy and, unfortunately, sexualized the community and even having CHILDREN participate in this. Short story, I went to my towns first pride about 6 months ago (right after I turned 18) expecting to be a simple gathering or some sorts since its a small town but was shocked that there was so many CHILDREN hearing about this sorts of stuff (hookups/drugs & alcohol stories, drag queen story hour, etc.) Shame how a group intended for simple homosexuals to have rights has turned into this anti-normality cult. I fear someday I might have to explain to people that I'm just a gay guy who has a slight androgynous style, not a complete label geek.
